This is a fantastic perspective tutorial I found. http://conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=181436 Before going in i would suggest that you get a very large piece of paper and take about 3 hours to really absorb what she's saying. If you're really dedicated take three days, and separate the parts up to practice what she's saying.
The objective should never be to learn how someone else does something, but to learn how to do it yourself to improve your own stlye, if you are honestly having trouble with shading and light effects, study that, instead of trying to copy what bleed does.
All of Mark Crilly's videos are incredibly useful I find. He definitely gives good advice. I do not know why but when someone spends all their time and effort trying to mimic an existing artists style it really frustrates me. Especially one as niche as Bleed's. If you were only interested in drawing for fun then it does not really matter but you could not really expect to become a professional doing that, I don't think.
