The free-flowing cape also will not conform to the form of the breasts, unless it is some crazy strong wind. Same goes for clothes.
Just little things to keep in mind.
Also, the first and most important thing in anatomy, in my opinion, is proportions. Check some art anatomy proportion chart and pictures of real women, then you can see Raven's legs are too long comparing to her body. Of course there are times when you want abnormal proportions for abnormal characters, but I think Raven is just a normal-looking person, so she should have a more or less normal proportions. Same goes for the thigh width: it is the same width as her waist. Even for women with serious hourglass figure, their waist will still look noticeably wider than their thighs.
