I have a question. I want to try making some simple models (say a living room, or a dragon flying over a mountain), just enough to be recognizable without details. Something that I can quickly rearrange, rotate and view from different angles to find a good composition for my digital painting. What software do you recommend for that?

My teachers always say "Never be satisfied" but I think that saying "Yep, I'm pretty damn awesome" is important once in a while. As long as it doesn't stop you from getting better.
