Weclome to the artistic side of the forums, first off. :)

Secondly, you'll want to avoid double posting in the future, and merely edit your prior/present post.

Anywho, onto the helping portion. To post art, you'll need a hosting site to show your image via internet. If you have a Deviantart page, or any other website for hosting images, you can just post the link to your chosen image. Though, if you don't, I advise using http://www.imageshack.us/. Choose the direct link from there and copy and paste your image's link to your post. Then highlight your link and press the "Img" in your messaging options. It also helps to make sure the dimensions of your picture aren't to large, or it'll stretch the thread; an annoyance for alot of members here. If you manage that, press "Submit". I look forward to seeing your art. Don't be shy and share. You'll have the welcome from fellow artists and art admirers alike.

Also I've got some good ideas for manga and am looking for some artists to help. Tell me if you are interested, and if the heads on here such as bleedman and dave see this please tell me if it would be alright for them to become part of this.
