That is probably Pencil+Ink which is pretty impressive because I tend to smudge a lot when using both. I'm surprise yours is still see-able because mine definitely would've been a big block of black after all that shading. Good job!

It looks nice but I can't tell how "big" the monster really is because the hero in the foreground makes it kinda hard to tell from the angle we are looking at. The best advice would be to add in something on the background to be a comparison to the monster like a silhouette of a bird or something else that we can use to identify how big the monster really is. Right now it looks big but I keep seeing the monster looks a little bigger then the guy in real height which obviously isn't the case.

Other then that it looks pretty good.

@ Dark: I know what you mean, but I have done it all by inks, I can't fix it. So, I will keep it to remind me about this mistake, and hope I won't wrong next time.
@ Doctress: I don't know, I don't feel like I have improved my drawing skill. I feel like all of my art still at the same level with the first pic (Spawn)

well it's not hard to fix this so call "mistake" just add in a little something to the empty space ont he top left and you'll be fine.

add a screaming child to his teeth? but no really I think its great because you see you could do a second picture just showing how big the monster really is is comparison to the guy and then you would have A. a nice piece of sequential art and B. a wonderful introduction to what ever else. the first pic (above) would then be the first interesting detail shot and then the second shot could even be small uninteresting and a thing nly to be glanced at because all it would be conveying is size not another single thing.

Her name is Ran, she has an uncontrollable power, and in this picture, that power's controlling her
