I enjoy doodling in my sketch book with ball point pens, they are fun, and you don't get a chance to fix your mistakes. =P

Did this a while ago. I used it to take names on Arundi's color scheme. Arundi belongs to Grave. I did this before the back story for Luisa was finished.

So I did this half out of boredom, and half out of a need to take my mind off things. Took me about a total of 6 or 7 hours to finish over a course of a couple of days. All traditional, inked with Copic brand multi-liners.

Also, Grave told me to, so I drew it.

(btw, the image is a bit distorted, not sure why.)

alright, I have had this question for about 8 years now, so I guess it's about time to ask it. How come we can see the eyes through the hair? Hair is not transparent. I only ask you since you draw the eyes through the hair as well and I do not understand...

I think it wont really matter as the artwork is drawn well.
Ever since people who drew anime have drawn that way.
Besides, hair can slightly transparent cuz its gathered threads by threads

Hair isn't actually a solid wall eather people just draw it like that because drawing the hairs one by one would take a LOT more effort. But i get your point SWood, however in turn you must remember that its cartoon art not "realistic" soft shaded perfection of reality. Sometimes the eyes SHOULD be seen threw the hair and some times the artist just drew the eyes first and can't erase them so they just leave them or what ever other reason. Point is its artistic choice and you might as well ask why we all exist because you'll get just as many answers and all or none could be right.

Haha. It's true. It really is just an artistic choice. I didn't even start doing that until about a year ago, and I decided that I liked it. *shrugs* You can wonder all you want, but you will probably know. It's the same as asking "why do people draw anime over traditional?" Or "Why are all your drawings so cute?" (I for one appreciate the detail that some artists put into their line arts and later into color)

@BL: I fail at drawing couples, so I practice while also stealing Grave's OC. =P

okay, I was just wondering, didnt mean to sound offensive if I did. I understand artistic choice so I'll just leave it at that.
