Telai, Hana's character from Plummet of Hinden... which sadly did indeed plummet

Pleased with the hands... not so much with everything else *shrugs*

Are they not supposed to be like that? I thought they were, like...gecko-fingers, or something...in addition to the tail.

You may take that explanation if you wish. Or you could just put little lines to delineate the knuckle creases...that might help.

I'm trying to emulate the style of a animation show I'm watching, Wakfu, which uses very rough hands.

But I failed at it, making them look weird... perhaps even broken >.>

Hm. I agree that they don't look right. However, I maintain that tiny lines in the right places will go far toward fixing it. Sauce art you showed does the same thing I'm talking about. On the hand near her face, you can see both knuckle ridge lines and tiny little crease line overlaps which suggest proper anatomy.

I know all. 'cause you know, "If you can't Do, Teach." ^_~

(And in case that did't read like I meant it to, 'cause I'm tired and I dunno if it will, the meaning is: Take me and my advice with a grain of salt, 'cause I can't draw in a way that's any sort of satisfactory, honey.)

I tried to add those crease lines... but that just made it look like she had granny hands. Which was creeping me out even more. So I changed the skin between her thumb and index finger a bit, making it look less like a gecko hand.

Also, demon!

They eat people, take their forms and live like that person for one day, aging rapidly. No one knows why they do it
