uh I wasn't trying very hard on this one actually, if I find time and enough motivation I may describe it in detail, but basically I just used a darker shade of every color and scribbled it over the base color on a different layer, with about 30 - 50% of opacity

Well I was trying to make it look halfway decent
but I wasn't putting all of my energy in my work
but if you look closer on that picture, the shades look very scetchy
