Well for the Start, it is a very nice Drawing
But I'd say the Fur is maybe a little too short for a wolf, especially the nape of the neck. The snout doesn't look too wolfish, too, actually the snout is the greatest problem, it looks too much like a Dog than a wolf.
The forehead, the Eye and the... uhm let's call it cheek (feel free to correct me) look awsome though, If I saw only that part I'd say "That is definately a Wolf"

Yeah, I tried drawing something like a wolf using a referance, but not directly from a picture. I may have had my german shepard in my head while I was drawing this or something. This was really my first time doing something "semi" realistic in a long long while. I was trying to see if I could make a wolf because I could and someone asked me to draw it a while ago. I'll have to get another crack at it again sometime to make it actually look like an actual wolf, because it does look more like a domesticated dog than a wolf. Thanks for the critism!

Re: WaLLY's gallery (DR. ROBOTNIK inked)

Postby WaLLY » Mon Oct 12, 2009 4:44 am

Because there was absolutely no demand for it, I inked that DR. ROBOTNIK sketch of mine.

Oh and Thiamor, for some reason, I have a bit of difficulty trying to incorporate the design style of the character you wanted me to attempt doing. I will still attempt it at some point, but no guarantees.

It's okay. If you're having problems, then don't worry about it.
Working on another story other than Hellfire, called Geistauge, which can be found here.

I spent 4 hours coloring this thing, and it's been a long while since I've colored anything on photoshop. Sure it's been a while since I've been here, but I had nothing really worth posting until now. Anywho, I bring you some angry power armor thing.

Really hope it looks decent.

Like you said, the smoke looks a bit off. Other than that, looks fantastic. Nicely done.

I don't have to type as much since the description is in the link, but what I didn't type was I was at lunch, and was staring at the sketch book for like 10 minutes.

I just wanted to color it since I could. I like the last thing I did alot more though to be honest. Ain't I beautiful?

This took about 5ish hours to color. Maybe more, I was so focused that I lost track of time. Anywho, a leprechaun tha - the story's on the page. It was originally a sketch out of pure boredom.

Re: WaLLY's gallery (AH! MY HEAD'S ON FIRE!)

Postby WaLLY » Tue Jun 15, 2010 4:58 am

I made a new thing, because I could.

http://wallytherabid.deviantart.com/#/d2ruvc2

I feel bad though because it seems like I'm double posting. Pretty much I had to color SOMETHING so I... colored this skull thing that's on fire I made. Since it's not terribly detailed, it didn't take me all that long to color, but there's a thing or two that bother me about it. Still I think it turned out 'decent.' Ofcourse that's in my eyes anyway.

Hope this looks alright to everyone.
