I've been collecting warhammer for awhile now and I've slowly been improving my skill with painting and converting(hopefully :P).
I hope you guys(and gals) can give me some feed back on what I should work on, things you would have done differently and generally what you think.

My first model that I plan to show is my Chaos Dreadnought(to those who do not play, it's a walker that contains an injured pilot which allows the poor soul to continue fighting).
It's devoted to Nurgle(again, Nurgle is a chaos god devoted to plagues and the like) and I've modeled it to represent its corruption.

Wow, more sculptures. I like. Never heard of warhammer though, but those would make great action figures :)

Thanks guys, I'm busy with school work right now but I'm nearing completion of the squad.
Each member is paint differently to represent them as being an idividual but all have the same company colors, to show they are a single team.

Okay, I think I should clear one thing out for those who don't know anything about Warhammer: Iris ISN'T making these sculptures. Figures for Warhammer 40k are bought in stores, people just color them. Iris said himself that he only colors and "converts" them, but I tought I should make that clear.

And about your work, Iris... The second coloring/conversion looks much cooler. It looks like much more effort was put into it than the first one (I could be wrong, though). I mean, such dreadnought conversion was a good idea, but it looks like it needed more details.

Thanks for clearing that Black.
For the dreadnought it took longer to make because of the actual converting, but the painting was set to make it suit the theme(a monotonous green, more or less).
With the Champion it was different because I had thought of creating a army that was filled with individuals, so each wears their company colors differently.

The 2nd conversion was good...

Is the Chaos Marine Sergeant wielding a power sword?

@Tom
The second model isn't a convertion lol, it's a preset model. It just has a custom paint job.
@Mir@k
Thanks dude, once I improve I'll try to make one of your characters(if I can,hopefully)

The Changeling:Stage 1, Converting
This is my current modeling project, the changeling(a demon who alters its appearance with every foe)
As with the title, it's in it's first stage. In this I'm focusing only on creating it's skeletal/base shape.I've used several different parts from differednt models to create this one.
In stage 2(which might take some time) I'll show how I plan to use modeling putty to make a cloak and hood(I hope :P)
Admittably I'm not a great photographer, so I appologize before hand about the quality of these pictures.

The remaining pieces are from some Eldar guardians and Dire Avengers.
