Haven't updated this in almost EXACTLY a year (only 10 days short).

But I have lots of new stuff that I'd like to post up. First though, I feel like pimping my animation work in progress.

Comment from deviantART: Title is still pending. The Newgrounds Preloader is only there as a placeholder. It'll be changed to a custom one when the animation is done. The Newgrounds Intro is free to use and is there because I plan to post it on NG when it's complete. I'll also be adding a DA one for the DA version and my own custom intro (a la The BackAlleys).

Well, after losing the .fla file for this animation, I had to start from a very old version so this is as far as I've gotten since then. I just thought I'd share because I've been asked quite a few times about how far along I am.

I hope I haven't disappointed anyone. This definitely is not much, but I'm hoping to have this finished by the end of summer. I can only work on it during my free time but I've really grown attached to the backstory and the world that I'm creating within it. I can't wait to share the entire thing with you all.

For now, comments and crits are greatly appreciated as usual. Excuse the red sketch at the end. I do that to map out the scene before I go in and actually make it look remotely acceptable. xD;

What do you use to draw with? I just have a pencil and erasure.

This is completely new. Just finished it this evening. I'm not really sure what the concept is, I just wanted to do a lot of detailing. =] It's not as polished as the other ones, mainly because it was a quickie.


Added after 2 minutes:

Cavouku: Actually that's all I use too (for these kinds of pics). Just a mechanical pencil and an eraser (though sometimes I use my special HB, 2B, 3B etc. You know the ones).

For colored pictures I almost always use Photoshop CS3, with openCanvas or PaintToolSAI for lineart.

Sfox8 nice animation, looks very pro! Have you finished the rest of it or you still working on it? Seems like a nice intro to a story.

Thanks! Yeah I'm still working actually. Progress has been slower than I'd like due to school starting back and being busy with getting ready for college stuff and whatnot. I'm in the process of doing the final edit to the script and sending it out to the actors and then hopefully things should pick up a bit more.

Rockwell: haha sure, I suppose. But again, I'm sure you'd probably get there before me (if I ever do get there), with my lack of time lately.
