Drawings are very nice. The shaky lineart can be easily cured by starting out with skeletons and basic shapes so you don't have to worry about placing the lines in the right place.

This isn't crappy. With some practice you could be Really good! :D What I do is study things. Like if your in school and have nothing to do, study your peers. Where is their nose? or what shape is their arm? It might not work for you, but I see some potential in your picture there.
