a lot of things are missing

u dun have things like called toning so it looks really flat
porpotion is tottaly out ,try using shadow hmm u can feel the hands are like peanuts (im not saying bad things )im just trying to help u wait k i find back my site that has lots lots of figure drawing then pass it to u here

Added after 30 minutes:

Since i going to have a busy day today I will propably not be able to shade the drawing.

But here is Maya's backstory.

Maya’s backstory:

Name: real name unknown is called Maya.
Age: Unknown between 10 -13.
Birthplace: Unknown
Hair color: Orange
Eye color: Green
Powers: the same as the Powerpuff girls except that she has no ice breath.

Bio:
Maya was created 20 years before the Power Puff girls moved to Megaville in a laboratory beneath Dimirville.
She was created as part of the of the “Chemical X project.” which was trying to create super soldiers using chemical X.
Maya was created by injecting chemical X into a human girl’s body and was left in stasis in a glass cylinder filled with chemical X.
Because of a large explosion caused by the generator used in another research facility Dimirville was completely destroyed and the laboratory Maya was in was heavily damaged.
Although the laboratory was heavily damaged two glass cylinders remained intact in one of them was Maya still in stasis.

20 years later the Rowdy Ruff boys where ordered to escort XJ9 to the laboratory in Dimirville to download data from the computers there.
As they arrived in Dimirville laboratory they noticed that a back up generator was still running supplying power to the computers.
As XJ9 is busy downloading Butch accidentally pressed the activation button.
This caused Maya and another creature to get out of stasis.
The other creature went berserk shooting at everything causing Maya to be blasted out of the laboratory and destroying XJ9 her download interface.
After destroying the creature the Rowdy Ruff Boys and XJ9 flew out of the laboratory and found Maya lying in the streets of Dimirville.
Maya was unable to remember anything not even how to speak.
Butch grabbed Maya and they flew toward the base of the Rowdy Ruff project.
Somewhere along the way Butch accidentally dropped and for some reason Maya remembers how to fly.
Knowing that she is not normal the Rowdy Ruff boys bring her to Dr.Brisbaine.
After teaching her how to speak she tells Dr.Brisbaine she liked to be called Maya and that she can’t remember anything.
Dr.Brisbaine assigns Maya to the Rowdy Ruff boys.
Since XJ-9 could only download a small amount of data there is no info about Maya’s true identity.
Maya has no problem with this fact and because she remembers nothing about her live before her activation she acts like a child joyful and curios.
