Anyone heard of Full Sail University? My cousin got accepted there, and has started their online program.

All I know is that it is some gaming development school, but that's about it.

I think somebody here goes there or was accepted there. I remember them telling me. Who was it again.............? Maybe Tenshi knows.

I did, it's really not hard to get accepted. Takes a single conversation with a rep to get accepted, no other qualifications needed.

From what I've found out. You have to be ridiculously dedicated and the only thing worth it there is 'hands on stuff'. I called Blizzard, and they were nice enough to let me speak to a employer rep, he didn't believe Full Sail was worth me moving there to learn anything other than how to handle their equipment. "A glorified trade school."

I hate that. You get in some where or win something only to find out it's not that big of a deal. I fucking hate it!

Imagine how devastating it must be getting rejected from a school that easy to get into.

If you get rejected then it isn't easy. It is all a matter of perspective. I have met people who were rejected from a school I got into.

Full Sail will really try hard to milk money out of you. They'll say anything to get you to stay.

Man, it makes me think, even if I do complete the Technical School I'm going to, which isn't that hard, I wonder if that's all I'll need to try to kick start making movies (and acting as well) as my career, or do I need further education or try a different approach on how to do this.

Not that you have any right to criticise my reasons for living. I was joking in what I said before. But to be honest I really hate drawing most of the time.

You are inferring this idea that I am criticizing your reason to live based off what? We're talking about a gaming school that works to keep you going and helps you find a job in the industry. You apparently want to pay someone to pat you on the back because you are insecure with your own work. Because of that, and discussions about your motivations before, we can tell that you draw for the praise of others and not for fun or yourself.

So now that you have aggravated me, tell me exactly how you think I am criticizing your reason to live when I am speaking the truth you have shown us.

Thank you. From what you said before, The way it sounded so matter of fact, I really did think that you must have been looking down on me. That here is a person who must think so little of me, how pathetic must I look right now. And that thought made me feel very defensive. But now I understand I must have just been overly paranoid. Surely no one here has any reason to think those things. I really am completely sorry I caused you any trouble and that I would imagine you would think such terrible things. I know it's probably unavoidable but I still wish that you would please not let this action colour your opinion of me in future.

If pokemon was for real, I'd totally have a Zubat on my team. Sure, they're annoying in caves, but I like the Crobat design on them, looks so cool.

Makes me feel bad that I'd only keep cute pokemon on my team and only ever battled with a massively leveled-up unevolved Charizard. >.<
