Hey guys guess who just finished his salute to winter!
This is definitely my best work for the Shinbai's Board series don't you think!?
In this upcoming year I hope to improve so please give me as much critisism as you think is needed!

Work on your shoes and make sure that the lines you put in clothes match the folds.

You seem to be improving fast, maybe try using some of that skill on your backgrounds more?

Thanks for the criticism!
Oh I decided to make the background simple, I mean I would've done the usual shade for the bars and higlights where the light touched the metal but I wanted it be simple; I guess I thought that this way it would make the picture have an effect ya know make certain parts stick out more by contrast.

And yeah, I am not good at shoes, I did Yuu's sneakers kinda badly so I tried to the cut the picture off at their knees but that seem too much so I just left it like it was.

The only thing I don't get is the clothes thing, could you be a little more specific on the areas where you see that just so I know where I should watch out for it.

Again, thanks for the criticism!!

You can add some shadow where they sit to define that they are in contact with the surface.

Akane's day starts promptly at three in the morning; she starts by getting dressed and combing her hair before collecting her ninja equipment and leaping out the window. She has to be quick so that she can set up all of her booby traps around the school for Yuu and Kitsune not to mention making sure to mess with their clothes and such so that they'll be late just like god intended. Akane used to reset their alarm clocks as well but Kitsune's internal clock always had the blonde wake up early in the morning and you can only shoot someone with a sleep dart so many times before you have to start worrying about their health.

Haha I'm kidding. Very well done on your recent works! You're improving more and more and I like it!
As I saw the creature, I was as white as an egg. I was so scared I might crack from fear. As the humanoid began to lunge after me, I was walking on egg shells from how scared I was. It grabbed me, took me to its station, and cracked me open. The last thing I saw were my yellow insides cooked on a pan. Human nature is as evil as a rotten egg.

Thanks, I'm kind of overjoyed right now, I looked at the first idea for Akane and actually couldn't stop myself from laughing I mean it's so bad it's hilarious

I had no idea what I wanted her to look like, I barely had any idea what her personality would be I just knew I wanted Akane and I knew she had to be seductive.

But that changed, over the years she went from a seductress to a horny little schoolgirl ninja that can break your neck in the instant it takes for you to blink your eyes.

She became strong in her own right, gained a kinder expression and a bounce in her step and eventually became Akane, the self proclaimed "Ninja of Shinbai Academy" and lover of making Kitsune-chan turn red.

I didn't really giver much of my time either, I spent most of my time drawing Kitsune because I could not draw that kid right no matter how many times I tried!

I know it sounds weird but I'm kind of proud of her, she became such an awesome character even though I had no idea what to do with her and even though it took me two years I think I've finally settled on who she is.

She's Akane

It's pretty awesome browsing through your thread, seeing how much you improved and how you got to this point. I like your picture with the two couples and the red scarf of fate. Reminds me of the opening from Acchi Kocchi.

Your latest image is pretty cool too. The hair coloring looks pretty cool, but the folds on the clothes look a little strange. Nice, but strange.
