Appearance:
On top of Charlie's head is a worn dark green looking baseball cap with a tight tan ski mask wore on his face and a pair of goggles. His entire attire consists of a light worn dark green coat with several pockets on the front and inside, a brown collar shirt with several rips, and a dusty looking pair of black jeans. He constantly wears tan work gloves and black work boots. His height is 5ft 4 inches, very short for his age. His eyes are amber, and his hair is blond, a golden blond. He has no facial scars, but scars and scratches on his fingers, and circles around his eyes.
Personality:
Vengeful, hateful to all Sentinels especially Master Mold. Mentioning them in a positive light, is extremely taboo to Charlie, making him slightly angry. When Charlie lost his girlfriend three years ago, it drove him off the edge so he comes out a bit unhinged. Morally Charlie is a good guy or at least he tries to be ( He really is, but always doubts it). Helps others with survival and occasionally passes a message or two on his travels. Charlie is cautious, preferring to think first rather than to leap blindly into a situation and can be clever, with his actions and words, possessing a silver tongue. He has a genius intellect, but not the ego to match. Rarely does Charlie boast about himself, however he can be quite the chatter box with people or items if he has no one to talk to. At times, he can be a child with an over active imagination and sometimes, a pessimistic scientist with a cheery demeanor.
History:
Life before he met his love of his life, Charlie was a prodigy of science. He was a young man with a fascination of exploring the unknown, boundless curiosity, and a desire to change the world. With her, that didn't change much either as Charlie always read articles of others discoveries in the name of science and books of various scientific pursuits.
Charlie spent six years running and hiding, staying far away from any Sentinel activity. Not for his own sake, but for the girl, he decided was the one from him. She was one someone, he didn't care he was excommunicated by his peers and family (when they were alive), someone who made living in this wasteland the world has become bearable. Until she passed way due to an infection, and since then, Charlie has gone crazy in a not psychotic nor violent way, but in a matter that is definitely unwell. He has an unhealthy obsession with eliminating those walking talking tin monsters and Master Mold.
Currently Charlie is in New York City, a city so ruined, they named it twice. Why there, then any where else, is simply because to Charlie it was the epicenter of heroes like the Fantastic Four, Spider Man, the Avengers, and all other sorts, surely there had to be an answer to his question. First stop Avengers Mansion as Charlie was a big fan of Hank Pym and Tony Stark for their achievements in science.
Powers:
None so far, as Charlie's mutant powers hasn't manifested if that is the case. Due to this, he believes he is human, a normal human. Though he does know how to use and understand strange technology and Charlie is a tinker, when he has scavenged parts in the wastelands. He can make some pretty handy and niffy items, when he has the time.
Other:
-Charlie is a big fan of Victor Doom.
-His last name, which he tends to keep to himself comes from a movie. His father loved the movie so much, that he changed his name before Charlie was born.
