Char’s Name- Steven “Nose” Bergman (Lieutenant)
Char’s Species- Rabbit
Char’s Physical Traits- Most rabbits are covered in fur that mask their physical build, rendering it nearly impossible to determine if the rabbit in question is muscular or not. In Steven’s case his fur is black and white, making him suitable for infiltration in the deep jungles or urban environments.
Char’s Build- Is tall for a rabbit but shorter than other species of domestics.
Char’s Natural Traits – An infiltration specialist, Steven has been killing leaders of organizations and groups deemed dangerous enough to pose a threat to the Republic. He likes to get close and dirty against the enemy, using his trusty rifle and knife. He and his rabbit buddies can’t stand up to other domestic species in an outright fist fight and therefore relies mostly on stealth and evasion techniques to avoid confrontation.
Char’s Personality – A cynical rabbit with a passion for explosions and the ability to wrinkle his nose when trouble was about to happen, earning him the nickname Nose. He is cynical to many others and often has a gloomy outlook on life in which in often cases turns much better than anticipated. He likes to drink large amounts of beer and eating large amounts of food. In battle he has no qualms about killing anyone who gets in his way.
Char’s Background – Born to a wealthy family that valued hard work over anything else, Steven had it rough. Born to a family of six children and being the middle child, hard work was plenty in between and rewards were few. Entering college a year early and also graduating early, Steven had the best mind of his generation. Bad timing and a poor economy forced Steven to enlist into the military.
Rising through the ranks as an enlisted man to a NCO in rapid succession, Steven distinguished himself by taking command of a unit that had lost most of its officers and NCOs within the first day of battle. Promoted to Sergeant, he was pulled from duty and sent to train in Special Forces. His first mission was to eliminate a leader of a terrorist group that had bombed trains.
When the semi-isolationist Republic began its slow transition of downsizing its military, it had little idea of the amount of hostile organizations and countries that would take advantage of the perceived weakness. The creation of Special Forces groups and assassination teams coupled with a smaller but capable of rapid deployment conventional forces made the Republic a feared country to mess with. Steven is part of this group: killing, assassinating, and eliminating those who threaten the Republic and its people. He and his four-person team are tasked with the monitoring of the UPW and EoS, with authorization to kill their members should they become a threat to peace. There are dozens of such teams operating around the globe at any time, monitoring the actions of the UPW and EoS.
However, the Republic is at a deadlock, some advocate the elimination of both sides while some argue for siding with one. Until such agreement happens, Steven’s team will be working through their instincts and independent from orders. If the ball drops they will clean up without the Republic’s help.
