Mike is what I eventually came to base Zorath off of. He's like the black version of Zorath in every shape and form. He used to tell me that he secretly hates everything about the world, and is in fact VERY angry. But is just good at not showing it. He also says he can't wait until the day when somebody eventually drives him over the edge. Usually whenever he insults someone, he does it in a subtle manner, half the time he doesn't even care. So yeah, he has the whole angst thing down, but he also knows how to joke, and make people laugh.

It's just whenever he does it, if you know him well enough you can spot the anger hidden deep within his joking persona.

As for teachers, he treats them all with quiet respect, and then insults them behind their backs, same with people who get on his nerves. With me, I'm just one of those people he can talk with on an honest level :3

I think there was one point I considered dating him, because I thought the whole anger thing was cute (plus, I dig angry, cynical men, as you can probably tell), and then I found out he already had a girlfriend who's name was (you guessed it) Samantha.

Interestingly enough the beans sort of spilled when two guys in the same class as us were teasing us for being so close, and tried hooking us up xD He told me afterwords that their teasing was "awkward", and when I asked him why, he told me about his girlfriend.

I even met her once.

You can probably see how that went.

"Hi, I'm Sam."

"Nice to meet you, I'm Sam too!"
