Just teaching a kid how to use a knife doesn't mean he'll turn into a serial killer. He might use it for good. He might someday become one of the good guys like (most of) us.

A)If soul replys that the parents were killed then Peter will turn that into Hatred, and shift the blame to society, and how they lead to the death of his parents.
B)If the parents aren't dead then simply tell the boy that they purposely abandoned him, and that he should get revenge against his parents and anyone who's ever done something wrong to him with his knife. One murder after the other and he'll be a full fledged psychopath.

Second option, however once the boy reaches fourteen he decides that not only should his parents be blamed but all parents for not adopting him to give him the tender loving care that a child needs. After being taught how to wield a knife he begins to teach himself Necromancy and starts to murder mothers and fathers in the night and reanimating their bodies to kill the children that he's so envious of. On turning twenty one he graduates and becomes a full fledged necromancer allowing him free access to the city and more status making it harder to convict him. The murders lessen but he keeps at it until he is eventually caught, tried, and executed for the murder of over one hundred people.

All because you gave him a knife.

Oh thats of course if he survives.

Which he won't.

Which also reminds me... ROLL CALL. If you do not respond you will be left out of the boss fight and it will be harder for your fellow players. In a sense you're doing the bad guys a favor by not answering the ROLL CALL.

Its referring to before as right now, Pluto doesn't not know you already formed a pact, so right now he is assuming you already or will form a pact.
