Silent Hill: Abandoned Children of God.



Silent Hill has never had a good history. Residents of the town did not welcome those that did not share their beliefs. A common, and traditional part of the belief, was to burn witches. Witches were often children who were born from their mother that never had a father. In other words, the mother did not have a husband to make the baby. Alessa Gillespie was one of these children. Se would be the last witch to be seen, and burned in Silent Hill.

On the day of the burning, the pit of fire Alessa was burned on over turned setting the building on fire. Soon after, as if a bad omen, a coal fire erupted days after the burning, killing everyone in the city. Or so they thought. Some residents of the city moved out of the city, sick of the witch burnings and cruelty and punishments. Doing this, they unknowingly saved their own lives in the process. Most of these past residents of Silent Hill were mostly people of other beliefs, most of which are not burning these so called ‘witches’. As those residents moved out of silent Hill, the city had a deadly coal fire, whipping out the towns population overnight. Now that these people have moved out of Silent Hill, saving their own lives without even knowing, they can continue their lives again outside the cursed town.

10 years later…

Everyone grows up. As we grow up we see new places and people, witness new ideas and personalities. You have left Silent Hill in the past, but just recently, you receive a letter in the mail. The address is from your home town, Silent Hill. You’re assuming the letter is just a joke though. When you open up the letter, the first thing you recognize if the persons handwriting, instantly recognizing it as your (friends, girl/boyfriend, ect…_) saying to meet in Silent Hill. The letter ends with “Yours truly, (whoever wrote the letter)

With overwhelming curiosity, knowing that Silent Hill has been deserted for years, you pack some things and head off to Silent Hill. Even though you think this is all just a joke, you seem to continue against your will, searching desperately for this person.

Character Sheet:


Age: Somewhere between 15 – 25.




Occupation: If in college, what are you studying? Do you have a job? If so, what is your job?

Skills: What specials skills do you have? (i.e: Picking locks, cracking a safe, problem solving)

Physical Fears: Obesety, burned skin, mutilated limbs, what does your character find disturbing or scary?

Mental Fears: Water? Fire? Spiders? Ect… I will try and make some enemies of my own to make for these fears. Simply out of self interest. Monsters from Silent Hill will be used as well.

Negative Attributes: ADHD, Paranoia, sexual frustration, impatience, rape, greed, anger, ect...

History: In here, explain what evils you may have committed in your life span? Robbery, murder, cruelty? I will accept one person with no sins if someone wishes for something as such. Has your character had any mental problems from these incident/incidents? Are they insane or crazy?

Equipment: Wooden plank? Steel pipe? You will not have these weapons at the start of the game. Use your imagination to create what items are around you to use as a weapon. (i.e: If you’re in a in a computer store, use a computer.)

Letter: What did your letter say? Who wrote the letter? The writer MUST be dead.

Alignment: Do you have the beliefs of those from Silent Hill? Burning witches and non-believers? Or do you have other religions and beliefs? Caring for everyone and those who may want to kill witches?

Family Members: Some people can be brother and sister, sister and sister, ect…. And can be together from the beginning of the RP.


Starting Location:

All characters of this RP should know each other in some way. Examples being: friends, rivals, enemies, sister, brother, cousin step sister/brother, ect..

All characters must have left Silent Hill in their history, and return to some location of Silent Hill in the beginning of the RP. As such, each character must have had some form of transport to Silent Hill, like their own car, public bus, or if they are in a city within walking distance they can walk. One near by town is Brahams/Brahms.

All characters in this game are NORMAL people. Characters can have guns. The only guns available to use are 9mm handguns, pump shotguns, and rifles. Special melee weapons include samurai swords, maces, and chainsaws, but these special weapons will be found later on.

Weapons that cannot be used are things such as: machine guns, grenades, mines, C4, ect... List is subject to change.

A map of Silent Hill will be provided for those who do not remember every place, or for those who don't have any experience with Silent Hill games. For those who need help with the RP feel free to ask. I’ll try to help you through some tough spots, but I won’t baby you through the RP.

~Monsters (Silent Hill games)~

Some/most information on monsters from the games are from Wikipedia for better description and details.

~Smog: It can be heard from a good distance away - scuffling and choking on its own smog. Its rib cage parts opens, revealing the inflating lungs, and it attempts to poison its victim by spewing forth its toxic gas. It appears to be scorched and the lumps on its skin depict charred flesh and burning ash.

~Feral: They have no skin or noticeable features, and seem to attack alone. They also seem to be quite intelligent, circling around its prey, using a variety of attacks.

~Lurker: A humanoid monster that has its legs fused together, vaguely resembling a mermaid. It appears to move using its hands, which are metal hooks. Its mouth is vertical and takes up most of its face. Has the ability to go underwater for long periods of time, surprising its prey. They can also appear on land, but are slower, and lunge at the target for its attack.

~Needler: Needler is a monster that resembles a mix between a human and a spider. Its head, which has no discernible features other than two black eyes and a mouth resembling a furless hamster, appears to be between its bottom legs where its genitals should be, while on its shoulders there is nothing. Its hands and feet have been replaced by blades which it uses to walk on and which make a distinct noise when it moves. The blades are also what it uses to slash and attack its enemy, but it can attack by biting as well. They also have the ability to crawl along vertical walls and even on roofs. It is a startlingly fast and persistent enemy, and is tricky to kill as it can easily block attacks.

~ Alchemilla Nurse (From the Silent Hill Homecoming): They have unrecognizable faces, and when light is cast behind them, a fetus can actually be seen within their bodies. They are attracted to light and sound, and can be heard approaching from a distance by the disjointed clacking on their heels. They move slowly until approached alerted by an enemy, and pick up speed as they prepare to attack.

~Schism: Its elongated head is split down the middle with a hammer shaped, sharpened bulge at the end, but the rest of its body resembles a human. They scuffle on two feet and move quickly. They attack mostly by swiping at Alex with the sharpened tip of its head, or sharpened claws. A strong and durable enemy, capable of taking lots of hits, but can flinch when attacked.

~ Siam: A creature that combines two mutilated bodies, one of a man and the other a woman. On the back of Siam is the female side while the male side serves as the front. The two are bound together by a green bondage suit with the heads being fused as one whole. Both faces lack eyes and are wrapped in leather strips. The female's arms dangle in front of the male's face, but his are largely swollen. They are quick and highly destructive, but are very few in numbers.

~Creeper: Huge insects the size of footballs, they are insect-like creatures that resemble large cockroaches. They attack by nipping at its prey’s feet. Not deadly by itself, but deadly in larger numbers as they can drop from ceilings and hang out walls.

~Mannequin: Headless, armless living sewing dummies depicting two sets of legs joined by their waists. These monsters consist of a feminine human torso and legs, upon which rest two more legs standing upright. The top pair of legs are used for striking while the bottom pair are used for walking. The creatures react highly to light and tend to stand still in plain sight. However, once someone comes about three to five feet away they spring to life and start to attack. These creatures are not strong, but they have the advantage of stealth. No radio will emit static around them until they begin to move and attack.

~ Insane Cancer: Enormous, obese humanoids with great strength. The name is derived from its outward appearance being suggestive of a cancerous mass. Although they usually move slowly, shifting their weight back and forth, they will sometimes run towards an enemy and knock them down.

~Pyramid Head -Great Knife-: This lumbering, monstrous creature takes on the appearance of an executioner from the town's past, wielding an impossibly large sword known as the Great Knife and on other occasions a spear. Pyramid Head is depicted wearing a blood stained, triangular metal helmet, with phallic connotations. With the Great Knife, Pyramid Head drags a huge, obese, heavy metal blade slowing him down considerably making it easy to out run him. However, if he manages to catch up to his victim, one slice of the knife is enough to kill.

With the Great Spear, Pyramid Head is much faster than he would be with the Great Knife. With this weapon, he is able to run with his weapon, making him much more of a threat, impaling his victim with ease.

~Custom Monsters (Monsters for players fears and regrets)~

Mother (Alcas): A woman clothed in a blood stained, charred, torn blue hospital garment. A woman with blackened skin and dried blood, she walks elegantly and calmly like a loving mother, however, drags or walks with a similar, naked burnt child with her that is still attached to her with the umbilical cord. Mother may not have the sense of sight, as her eyes are stitched shut, but her hearing is astounding, lashing out at anyone she can manage to find. Her attacks are often tackling an enemy to the ground, but also has strong claws to slice anyone. The baby, likewise has claws to scratch anyone that she can, however, the child will mostly likely crawl to the victim, as the child can see, acting as Mothers eyes. Mother has an unmistakable crying sound that can be heard long distances, the child will make laughing or giggling sounds when mother is attacking, or pursuing a victim.

Mask (K+S): A male monster walking on his arms 8 limbs, his chest seems to have been stitched back together from the middle, as if his chest have been ripped open down the middle. With 4, two of his arms stitched on, and four legs also stitched on, his limbs have been twisted around making Mask slightly represents a spider. His crumbling masquerade mask hides his face, leaving his grueling, sharp teeth exposed. The monsters arms and legs are wrapped in barb wire, and then wrap around the monsters throat, strangling it. Mask can be heard a good distance away, choking on the barb wire around its neck. Masks movements are limited, due to the barb wire as well, but it can howl very loudly, summoning other monsters to come to its aid. If Mask manages to come close enough to his prey, he will use his razor sharp teeth to take a chunk out of them. If Mask comes across a downed person, Mask will slowly crawl over then, extending out his rib cage through the stitches, and impale the prey. Overall, Mask isn’t very dangerous by itself, but can summon numbers of enemies, making his a large threat.

Giant (Keiran): A lumbering male figure, taller than Pyramid Head at an astonishing 8 feet. Though he may have height, his limbs are quite flimsy and do not support Giant very well. Giant will be often found sitting or lying down on the ground, as walking, let alone running, is not very wise for him. Giant has many rusty chains connected to his bony limbs, neck, back, and stomach, as he drags countless nude babies, children, and fetus’s with him. The babies and children do not harm anyone, but they cry in an astonishingly loud pitch. The flimsy limbs, supporting both Giants body, and pulling the bodies is hard for Giant to do, as such, Giant is slow, not very maneuverable, fatigues very easily, and often stumbles as he travels on foot. When Giant stumbles over, he may use all four and crawl toward a target, making him only slightly faster. Giant’s way of attacking is by pulling at someone’s legs to drag the target in, throwing them against walls, and objects, other-wise, he will kick downed people.

Patient (Top Gear Tony): A dirty corpse usually found sitting in a wheelchair, or on the ground. They are connected to the chair via a chain, and unlike most Silent Hill monsters, give no indication of their presence unless within one's direct line of site.

Have moderately good hearing, and make no sound unless disturbed. Once they hear someone they usually fall down out of the wheelchair they sit in; the wheel-chair itself is saturated in the feces their body emits. They then crawl towards the target, they themselves not making a sound, but the wheelchair making scraping noises as it itself is dragged along. If a person happens to see one of them, no matter what direction they might be facing it will know that someone is watching and will immediately began letting out a raised nervous whisper as it begins to fast-crawl toward the target. They seem slow at first thanks to the wheel-chair and they floor like disposition, but some freak form of speed is unlocked once they are glimpsed. If no one looks at them they will simply walk up towards the target and lightly drag their feces stained hands across the targets legs as if pleasing for help (given of course that the target isn't fast enough outrun them at their regular crawl speed)

They trail a line of feces wherever they go so, so one could be able to tell where a Patient is. Of all the SH monsters they are the most "calm" and will only attack if one happens to directly see one. They are only seen in tight quarters and are almost never out around the streets of the city, except when under the effects of the Storm siren, in which case they can catch up with a running person. When angered (I.e. someone sees one directly) they will use their speed to surprise the target and quickly stab at their legs, bringing them down. They will then stab target to death as much as they can, even continue to stab at them should the target attempt to flee or put up existence.

This same principle is also applied to other monsters who happen to see patient. Any monster who happens to look at patient will also be subject to much the same fate as a person. Patient's are also not afraid to attack monsters larger and stronger then themselves and as such will frequently end up killing themselves when something like Pyramid Head walks along.

In groups they can be quite deadly, smelly, and deadly to both monsters and humans alike, however, it is not often that they are seen in large groups save for a hospital or retirement home type setting. They "see" neither friend nor foe and will exhibit their "calm" behavior with monsters as they would humans. As such the smell of feces is not always a strong indicator that a patient is around, it may just be a monster who has the feces of patients on it. This can fool people into a false sense of security if they're not careful. If one were to examine a patients feces for whatever reason they would find it consists mainly of insect particles, namely wasp. Patients can sit for very long periods of time before being disturbed. Most are already wondering around on the ground thanks to other monsters. If one happens to find a spot narrower for their wheel0chair to go through patients will try to get through it but will not be able to progress further thanks to the wheelchair. When they see a target close by they will start emitting moans as a sick person would. If they see no one, but "hear" them they will go towards the sound until the are certain that they can be seen, in which case they will start moaning and pawing at them. Same goes for monsters. Should a monster not have a face, patient will react to the monster based on what it assumes it had as eyes. Unless the target has no definable features (like a mannequin) patient will just continue pawing at them, even if they use force against him.

Sentry (Tragedy and Comedy): A hairy, dirty, blood bag of fir with what appears to be very many, fine razors attached to it in the shape of wings. About the size of a large dog, they will swoop in on any creature all at random, sometimes letting some pass, while attacking others. They have an aversion to patients and will attack them on sight.

They're wings are 4 ft in length and each Sentry had about 4 or so of the (the more powerful the variety the more wings it has) they attack using their wings themselves. Flapping in the wind they sound much like the wings of a bat, yet while they sound flimsy they are actually quite sharp and can leave large gashes in a persons skin. Usually going for the face, their wings do not have enough mass to whole-sale cut limbs, they can cut through to the bone but cannot penetrate it. Usually found in groups or alone, around churches and on roofs, choosing to sit silently and watch. They have no arms, legs, head, eyes, and when on the ground they slouch as if they have no bone structure (they don't) if one kills one of them they swell and pop in a small smattering of foul smelling blood, this serves no purpose other then to annoy the victim or monster. A threat in that they can injure people when alone, and kill in groups. While they are always found sitting on buildings ad waiting (like a sentry) when the Storm Siren is engaged they fly to and fro more often and are far more aggressive then normal. A simple radio can indicate whether one is near or approaching. Should they be in large groups the radio will pick up a serious of sharp clicking along with the white noise. They also emit low baying calls in the distance, from a hole atop their bodies (whether or not this is their mouth is to be debated) they emit loud shrilling noises when aggravated or attacking, usually calling more of their ilk to come. unlike the patient, the Sentry can differentiate targets it can take and targets it cannot take. When their number expands they can kill larger monsters and will do so at random should the right circumstances be met. One or two can become trapped in buildings, in which case one would tell due to the presence of the loud shrilling noise, this won't call any others to come though, it's inside obviously, this means they are in a frightened state and if given enough time will die of exhaustion or a monster will get sick of their noise and kill them.

Banshee: Though there only may be several of her, Banshee is quite a different monster. Banshee may look innocent, sweet, lonely, and sad, but in reality is quite a strangel monster. Banshee is a small girl looking about the age of eight years old, with a torn purple-ish colored uniform similar to the uniform of Midwich Elementary school, covered in dry blood and charred around the sleeves and skirt. Banshee has crusty hair filled with firt, blood, mud, and other dity and gross things. Her skin in drenched with dried blood, with rotting yellow teeth, along with large bags under eyes. Banshee likes to mess with peoples minds, or roam the town of Silent Hill.

The name Banshee is derived from her ability of being able to talk as if the wind is her voice, as if she can control the wind like her own megaphone. Not only can she use the air like her own megaphone, she ca manipulate her voice to make it seem as if she it talking with hundreds of voices. This explains the previous events. Though she may be able to control this, she can grow tired, as this does wear her out. To add to this, Banshee can use the air like a sensor, she can see everything in the that is touched by air giving her the ability to watch people, or find people wherever she wishes. This does not exhaust her as much, but she does not use it constantly, so sneaking up on her is possible.

Banshee likes to be alone, or in a group with people ( in that case, monsters) that she knows. When things seem to get a little out of hand, she'll run and escape. However, when placed in a life threatening situation, Banshee will more often that not, blast a rush of wind from her mouth. This ability as well tires her out, even more than the previous ability. The rush of air, however, can only send someone back a few feet onto their back. In short, Banshee can only stop a chase aft her.

Banshee is a monster of Alessa's hate of the other school girls in her class. Girls often calling her a witch, a monster, somene who should be burned and cleansed. This monster is a symbole of the girls that she disliked and wanted to kill during her time in elementary school

Does the sin have to be real? Or can it be a perceived sin? Like not being able to prevent something
Does the person who sent the letter have to be alive? For example if a character believes in the occult would a "ghost" work?

Ah, I forgot about adding that.

The person must not be alive. Seeing as you 'the characters of the RP' are the only survivors from Silent Hill, all people who wrote the letter must be dead, almost as if a ghost wrote it. Anything depicting the writer is alive cannot be done.

Edit: Never mind, let's just leave it as "the writer must be dead"

Ah what the hell, I'll give you a try.

Name: Alphonse Pardue

Age: 22

Height: 5'4"

Appearance: Somewhat stunted, he's still suitably fit. His hair is dark and thin, and just long enough to cover his ears, and his complexion is somewhat swarthy. His eyes are dark green and bloodshot, his lips a dark red, and his nose thin and pointed. He wears clothing with little thought given to fashion, mostly dark sweaters and jogging pants around this time of year.

Personality: A classic "Peaked in Highschool" case. Despite his stature, he made a name for himself athletically by joining his school's wrestling league, where his height was an advantage more than a detriment, allowing him to wrestle in a weight class below what his muscle mass would normally give him. Afterward however, he found himself without many useful talents, and has gone fairly to seed, both in personality and appearance, gaining a slight gut and a perpetual five o clock shadow, his once sunny personality turning morose and introverted. Unable to make a living doing what he was good at, he turned to crime and drugs.

Occupation: Petty thief

Skills: Decent lockpicker, still fairly agile and a decent physical fighter.

Physical Fears: Has had a phobia of rodents since childhood, and finds dirt and fur disgusting.

Mental Fears: Scared of commitment and emotional investment. Holds a particular fear that his own life is entirely wasted.

Negative Attributes: Addiction, depression, despair.

History: Born to a well to do but entirely aloof family, he never really forged any strong emotional ties to those around him until he reached school age, where he found fast friends among the athletic and popular circles, most of whom abandoned him after high school. Surprisingly asexual, he never had a "steady girlfriend", instead opting for a series of flings which he deliberately never explored very far. He lives from place to place now, settling in whatever cheap apartment he can find and stealing enough to keep his habit and feed himself until things get too hot and he moves on again.

Equipment: "Leatherman" pocket tool. Good for breaking and entering, or if you really really need a shoehorn.

"Medicine" bottle. Actually full of amphetamines. He'll sooner take a small dose to keep the shakes at bay than a large one to get high, although he'll do so if he thinks he can get away with it.

Letter: Received from one of his only remaining friends after school, a man named Gerald who was both his speed connection and primary supporter just after he graduated. The letter is written in scratchy longhand and offers him a place to stay, and maybe even a job. Al is unaware that Gerald died of an overdose more than two years ago.

Alignment: Somewhat nihilistic, he was a nominal methodist for most of his life, but retains very little in the way of beliefs.

Family Members: Reserved for future entries.

Starting Location: Midwich street.

Name: Harr Esun Blake

Age: 16

Height: 5’3”

Appearance: Harr is thin and wiry and no matter how much he works out he will never be a muscle man. This bothered him a few years ago, but he has since become fine with his body. At least he can’t ever be called a meathead. Harr has straight red hair that falls to the bottom of his shoulder blades with black dyed shoulder length bangs. His eyes are dark blue and he is always smiling a sad, little smile. He has a scar on the junction between his neck and shoulder. He wears a dark green t-shirt and a half-opened black hoodie over it. He wears black jeans and dark grey sneakers.


Personality: Harr is quiet and solemn, not interacting well with others due to his lack of contact. He is shy and timid, often following what people say to him. What most people don’t know is that Harr is an un-medicated schizophrenic; that a darker, more dominate personality lies beneath guiding his actions. He calls this personality Alecks to anyone who asks.

Occupation: Student / Writing

Skills: Sees things from two perspectives at once due to his schizophrenia, knows how to pick locks

Physical Fears: Spread Brains, dead children

Mental Fears: People much bigger than him and threatening seeming, people who show no emotion

Negative Attributes: Will not eat for days at a time, mildly Schizophrenic, Major PTSD

History: Born as the younger of a set of twins, Harr was always following his darker-haired twin, Alecks, who tried to protect him from their abusive parents. When they were five, Alecks finally called the police and then hid his baby brother running to distract their parents. Harr’s PTSD hides what happened next from him. Alecks was killed by their father moments before the police came and Harr was beaten nearly unconscious by his mother. Harr was brought to foster care and for ten years attended psychiatric help, never knowing what happened to his twin, thinking he was put into foster care. The brain damage caused by the abuse caused his schizophrenia, which had been nearly unnoticed by his five year old, to be heighened to the point he nearly has two personalities. He calls the second-self Alecks because it reminds him so much of his brother. When he got the letter he knew he had to go, he was getting his precious big brother back.

Equipment: Whatever is available, though he is better at running then fighting

I really only put it if anyone wanted to have theiir sibling, or family member travel with them. Honestly, I was just putting that there in case someone who may be traveling alone, doesn't have to travel alone basicly.

Name: Vincent Maxwell

Age: 18

Height: 6' 2''

Appearance: Black hair, bright blue eyes, milky white skin and rimless glasses. He wears a dark indigo shirt, dark jeans, black and red converse and a leather jacket. On his wrist is a small, inexpensive watch and on the other is a beaded dark brown bracelet.

Personality:Openly friendly, someone everyone easily gets along with. When people are around him, he has this ability to unconsciously make them let their guard down, people are generally more comfortable with him. He may seem like a loud mouth but he's really a listener. He remembers a lot of what people tell him and he keeps the secrets loyally. He may seem aloof a majority of the time but in reality he's as attentive as an ant when its searching for food. He's protective but also fickle to the core. He always has an ulterior motive for doing something nice. His kindness towards others is just another one of his masks to keep them at bay.

Occupation: Architect Major and part time 'anything goes' courier

Skills: Problem solver with defensive and offense fighting knowledge

Physical Fears: Bones sticking out of the skin

Mental Fears: Suffocation (drowning, claustrophobia etc), being forgotten, spiders

Negative Attributes: Haughty, fickle, paranoid, mask wearer and hot temper

History: Born and raised in Silent Hill, Vincent was a nurtured child. His parents loved him and he had siblings that felt the same. A lot of his neighbors were religious but from what he could understand, it wasn't right. He cared for everyone in Silent Hill as ever little boy would but when his father got a job out of town, they moved away. The new town was ordinary. Sometime within the new home his family received a foster child. Her name was Amber and she didn't talk much to the others. Vincent didn't really mind about her aloofness, considering one of his siblings was introverted far beyond than needed. They interacted like any normal family would.

In the town he went to school respectively. He got good grades and was an all round good kid, except for when it came to relationships. Like an player, Vincent was the type of boy who would win a girl's heart, take something of value to her and then rip her heart to pieces. Sure he cared for everyone but girls silly enough to think they were suitable enough to be with him in an intimate way had another thing coming. He needed a special kind of girl.

One that was resilient to his charming ways. One who could take all his harshness in stride and not breakdown. All the girlfriend's he courted were useless. Each kept asking far too much of him and he would become easily bored playing with them. He wanted a girl that was strong enough to play with him, one that could withstand his insanity. His cruelty towards people who have ever tried to become closer to him, has tainted his mind.

He feels as if everyone is out to destroy his masks, the very faces he hides behind to protect his true self. He suffers from thinking that everyone is out to choke the life out of him for their own greed. He's simple crazy but can easily hide it underneath one of his masks.

Equipment: Pocket knife: given to him by his father before he left Silent Hill

Letter: Little does he know that his ex-girlfriend died in a drunk driving car accident 3 years before his arrival. They had a horrible falling out, so he was surprised when the letter read:
Hey tiger,
It's been so long. I've missed you so badly. I didn't want to play with anyone else. We said such silly things when you left. I've forgiven you even after all this time. Don't you want to be with me? You said we'd be together. Forever. Come to our favorite spot. You know the one, the alley next to the Post office. I'll be waiting.

Alignment: He never approved of the burning of "witches" and non-believers. But even so he cared for everyone, despite his dislike of killing innocent little girls. Even if the rest were blind he still cared for them as much as anyone else. Of course he comes off as the type to hide such things so many believe his has no faith at all.

Name: Amber Valentine

Age:15 (That's right. I went there.)

Height: 5' 3''

Appearance: Reletively attractive, most known for her grey eyes. She actually generally looks slightly haggard from lack of sleep, but her eyes constantly have a look of alert awareness, as if she's always examining anything she's looking at. Wears her soft, auburn colored hair in a small ponytail most of the time, otherwise it's length extends to the shoulders. Her complexion is fair, and lacking in blemish, she's known to pale during her episodes, taking on a ghostly skin tone. She never wears makeup or nail polish, never even having given romance or anything of the sort. Generally wears hoodies and sweats, or other unassuming things. Since she's going away from home and school, she dresses differently. Wearing jeans and sneakers, but still wearing a light hoodie, blue in color.

Personality: Friendly, calm, and reserved much of the time, but she hides a lurking cautious fear of having one of her episodes. Actually quite brave in the end, almost fearless seeming at times.

Occupation: Student

Skills: Has dabbled in divination, other than that, has actually gained some applicable “combat skill” from fighting off her hallucinations. Is an extremely reliable conduit, and only does not become possessed easily due to developed force of will.

Physical Fears: Cute things made grotesque, for example, the Rabbit Mascot in the Amusement park. Impossible seeming things, tricks of physics, such as baloons bursting into flame as a trick.

Mental Fears: Falling into hallucination during a time of crisis.

Negative Attributes: Anxeity-related psychosis, she begins to hallucinate when under large amounts of stress, otherwise can have arbitrary attacks. No medication has helped.

History: Amber is actually rather normal, nowadays. She was born and raised in Silent Hill...not that she remembered any of it. She'd only even learned that much recently, she only knew that she'd escaped whatever happened to Silent Hill, and subsequently her parents. After that, she'd moved far from Silent Hill, in with a foster family. She lived there peacefully until age 11...she would have nightmares every so often, sometimes even lasting after she was awake...they worsened and worsened over the years. But on her eleventh birthday something terrible happened. Her foster family had been murdered, seemingly by no one...and she dared not tell the police who.

She'd been fighting again, she knew she had nightmares, demons lurked in them, seeking to kill her and use her. But she never let them. She knew it was just a dream...but something told her to do it anyway. Other times, she'd simply been...elsewhere. She was in a void, and at times would wake up holding lethal objects. The latter was the case when she'd murdered her foster family at age 11. She'd only gotten away, because she'd murdered herself too. Or it seemed that way. When she came to one day, she realized that not only had she not been sleeping...but those “demons” were no demons at all...they were her family. But for some reason she couldn't explain...she'd seen herself there as well. A corpse in a pile. No matter how she rubbed her eyes, or tried to wake up...she was there, with them. She dared not touch them...her experience in her nightmares told her not to.

And so the police were unable to determine who the culprit truly was...the entire family, murdered in the night. Amber didn't know that much, she was sure she'd been hallucinating herself into the scenario...as for her, she was adopted again. She ran until exhaustion took her, through her nightmares and demons, until she collapsed. She was taken in by a caring family, and after that, had actually managed to live rather normally. But from that point on, the nightmares happened when she was awake as well.

She was allways intelligent, extremely bright for a child, insight perhaps brought from being used so. She'd realized what was happening. She realized, she must be some sort of...demon magnet. A prime host. When her concentration faded, when she became anxious or addled, she began to slip away, between control, and posession. Maybe they weren't real demons...or maybe they were. Either way she wouldn't let them take her, they were real enough. Her hallucinations could effect all five senses.

She'd come up with many theories over the years of “normality”, learning to fight off the demons, but with non-lethal force mostly, not wanting a recap of her old family. She knew she either was a juicy morsel, ripe for the demons, or she was possessed by one, or maybe many. Either way, she tempered herself to stay calm at almost all times...and yet this brought her fear. When something impossible happened, she feared the worst, that she'd been slipping away without noticing. She'd act rashly, taking cover, or hitting the person nearest to her. Her waking nightmares had consisted of such strange things, she was actually more tempered against them now...save for perversion of innocence. Perhaps it acted as an allegory to her own crimes of murder and loss of innocence, or perhaps it was something she didn't remember...but seeing a teddy bear come alive and attempt to rip her eyes out...was scarier than even the most hideous monster.

And yet her parents wouldn't evaluate her mentally without her permission. They wanted her to seek her own "path" in life. She thought herself blessed that such people as them existed. However, her incidents became more and moer frequent, she felt herself slipping away more with each passing year...until recently. She'd decided to try to solve the demon problem once and for all...but with a more “natural” type of magic. She'd found a tutor in a gypsy woman she talked to frequently, in addition to divination, she taught people to fight their "inner demons" and come to terms with things. It sounded good enough to Amber.

The woman refused to help her at first, due to her strange aura...but eventually conceeded. Amber delved into some magic, trying to see into her own soul, but never getting far. She seemed to fall into hallucination as a result. Amber realized at that point...she didn't want to know what was wrong with her for some reason. Something nagged her, and told her to leave well enough alone...but she wouldn't. She conditioned herself, trying again and again to reach deep down. When she finally cracked the surface...she blacked out.

She woke up in a park fountain, almost having drowned. Amber simply stopped trying at this point. She decided to just try to live with it, survive. Her life proceeded somewhat normally, she became adept at realizing the difference between reality and her insanity. She managed to stay tempered, and people who normally kept away due to the "bad vibes" they got from her, actually started to speak to her. Her life was finally looking up...until she got the letter. She tried to convince herself she didn't need it, that she was getting better...but she couldn't. If there was really something that could stop this entirely...and it had to be done in Silent Hill...despite the lack of sense...so be it.

Strangely enough, her foster brother Vincent was also going to Silent Hill today, but having taken a cab, Amber was none the wiser. She'd always kept the same last name, something the kind parents respected. It wasn't that she wanted to be aloof...but she wanted to identify with herself, not wanting her demons to gain any edge. She'd heard bad rumors about Vincent...and never really spoke much to him. Most were from her siblings, more people she almost never spoke to. She became a ghost in her own house. In fact, she never really spoke much to anyone other than herself. She had a small group of friends, but even then she was eerily silent, selectively mute at times. Personal investment couldn't get too far, it was a weakness. However, her lack of wanting contact with people was helped by the fact that most people shied away from her still...like animals from a human. Or like humans from a demon...

Equipment: Some wood planks perhaps, appliances, maybe a chair. If she's lucky there's a pipe around. She doesn't carry weapons so that she doesn't promote lasping into her hallucinations.

Letter: The Gypsy fortune teller, killed by Amber three months ago.

We haven't spoken much recently. We left on bad terms, I know. I'm staying in Silent Hill right now...after some consideration...I've decided you should take the “next step.”

I'm currently staying at the Riverside Motel, my wagon was destroyed in an accident, unfortunately. Come stay for a week...I have much to talk to you about.

Alignment: She isn't sure she has the right to decide. While she isn't “Intimate” with them, and she's not a "witch" per se...as far as she knows...she's entirely sure she's been posessed or still is. She very much wants to live normally...but...in her opinion...it may be best if people like her were put down in the end. If there are any others...

Well I'm happy you decided to join Fell :)

The only thing I have to say about your CS Fell, is that it needs a starting point. Other than that, Accepted.

@Fawks: Leangthy. :3 Perhaps a little more detail on the appearance as to what she is wearing during this RP. Since you'll be starting in Riverside, using a wood plank or chair can make sense, just remember you won't have any weapons at the start of the RP. Othwerise Accepted.

Clothing: Size 13 Boot (Brown), Black Finger Cut Gloves, White T Shirt, Brown Vest Jacket with sleeves rolled up to the elbow (Unbuttoned bottom of vest stops at the waist), Rounded glasses that sit on the bottom of his nose (Small scratch/crack on the upper left part of the left lens), Normal black jeans (Normal as in not baggy but not tight), white short neck socks, carries a bent bronze key in his back pocket

Physical appearance: Short, Dark (Really Dark >_>) Brown Hair, Slender-Slightly muscular build, milato skin, Brown half closed eyes, Medium-Large lips, Normal ears with slightly lengthy earlobes, low barely noticeable widow's peak, Circular scar on his right palm, occasionally coughs up blood due slight internal bleeding caused by a recent bullet wound.

Personality: Calm, Overly Cautious, Analytical, cynical/pessimist, holds a lot of regret and grief, slightly upset and paranoid to a degree, enjoys crossword puzzles, sudoku, and picture puzzles.

History: Went to college knowing that he wanted to later become a marine sniper in the army. That was his current goal. So Manuel took classes that would help him achieve his goal; physics, to better understand things such as gravity, wind resistance, mass, weight, density, etc.; and biology to understand which parts of the human body cause instant death. He killed many during his service time in various, cruel ways. Manuel regrets his enlistment and believes that some of the souls haunt him on a regular basis. He accidentally killed his best friend and his wife while they were on a trip in Moscow, his deployment area. The paranoid man saw an "enemy combatant" pick up a weapon. At the time, Manuel was looking down his scope through a blizzard storm. When he pulled the trigger, he watched his target hit the ground. Immediately afterward, he saw another person look over the dead body and took anther shot. Another body fell.

After the blizzard was over, Manuel went to confirm his kills. He found the frozen corpses of his friend, Phillipe, and his bride. The following week, Manuel's cover was blown and he was shot in the gut. The bullet lodged itself in his pancreas. Military doctors were unable to remove the bullet or completely stop the bleeding. After three weeks,he received two letters. One was sent by his platoon leader confirming his honorable discharge, allowing him to pick one destination within the states to be transported to. The other was sent by his dead friend, Phillipe. "Come back home, Manuel. Everyone misses you. Even your parents are here waiting for you. We're holding a special get well soon party for you! See you soon!" is what the letter said. Immediately, Manuel saw two things wrong with this letter. One problem was that his parents were already dead. He killed them when he was eight, with his father's old rifle, when they didn't take him out for ice-cream after they beat him with a small bamboo cane. The other problem was that the letter was dated the previous day with the return address within his home town. Manuel requested to be sent to his home town, Silent Hill to find who sent this letter to him. So he was sent back to the states; however, he could not be sent directly to his home town due to the lack of an airport. So instead, he sent himself to a remote town a few miles away from Silent Hill and started his trek from the airport in said town with nothing on his back but the clothes he joined the marines in.

Equipment: (Will be changed later on depending on what answers I get from the questions I ask >.>) Father's old rifle to be found later on. Old bamboo cane two and a half feet in length. Pistol. (All objects to be found later on depending on what questions are answered and how *Nods* :3)

Letter: To Manuel,

Alignment: Doesn't believe in the whole religion thing after his parents tried to constantly push the "Silent Hill Religion" on him. So he doesn't believe in the whole thing.

xD Thank you Lol. He took two years of college while in high school via classes offered in his school. So he only spent two years in a university. *Nods* And then he spent two years in service :D History would've been much longer had that been written at 4-8 PM. It was too late for me to want to think that much D:
