I don't really have anything to do with the wine, I'm just making/ discussing the chocolate that's going with it. Jivara 40% a darker milk chocolate with hints of malt and Vanilla. Melts in your mouth and coats it with a smooth texture and a fairly subtle flavour.
With it I'm making a chocolate lemon tiramisu. Goes well with a Pinot Grigio.
