I will edit the following into my CS:

Nova - Sol isolates his aura completely into his weapon, stopping his other abilities, but giving him access to Shock, dealing devastating damage against his foe, for one strike if he wants to retain any aspect of his Ardent Sun afterwards - a second attack will render his abilities gone for the duration of a fight. Shield (defense) stat is decreased by 1 when attempting to strike with this attack, and Sol is only able to activate it when he has sustained heavy damage and is wielding Tournesol.

Also, Sam has a five in the attack stat? Four is maximum, isn't it?

This is not necessarily true. If anything, there are "parallel" realities in Kingdom Hearts that can work like Mastermind described his abilities - The Door of Light and the Corridor of Darkness are two examples of this as realities that can connect to all points within the normal reality.

At the same time, though, as Digi said, there are tremendous consequences for those types of abilities in KH - moreso than there would be in most other scenarios (because most of these dimensions involve "doors" that can only be opened by Keyblades). Just because of the way reality works in KH, Master's character as it is right now, while perfectly fine in other RP scenarios, is something close to a god within this one.

Since I don't like to detract and offer nothing as a solution, one way I'd recommend you can remedy this is to make all of Lawrence's abilities transfer over to a "pocket dimension" - i.e. a book (like Winnie the Pooh's) that Lawrence keeps on his person. However, this sort of reality would not work with the Teleportation ability in particular - though, it's the Teleportation ability that is most problematic from a universe perspective, so I can't really give a suggestion for that.

About Odin being too powerful, I'd already had that idea thought out. Just that it was going into the Description category.

Being of the Eidolons, Odin doesn't actually exist in the same reality as the others. For that, he can only partially even appear in the regular worlds. (Hence being ghostly.) And his brood, Eidolons, are only at full power when bonded to a single host that summons them, or when called on using an artifact that represents their existence. (Dark Matter in FF9, Materia in 7, bonded to...someone in 13, etc.) Otherwise he can only force his existence at rare moments, but likely moments where it's not necessary. (FF8.)

So, being given whole form by a chant to summon him might bring him to the reality of the others, but it doesn't draw along his full power either. Otherwise he'd have more abilities, have his horse, have certain other aspects I'm thinking of adding later. And only some of it would be unlocked through something story-driven. And even then, Odin himself wouldn't be able to use his full power at will.

I had wanted to save certain details for the story, but apparently someone has to be a nosy little "arse" around here...

And anyway, using a kid for his avatar would kinda defeat the purpose. I mean, he'd just be summoning Odin from time to time, like they usually do with Odin. Ruins the idea of actually using the character himself. Not to mention that the kid could just call down the highly powered Odin and all his weapons, moves, and abilities unlocked no matter how early into the RP. (Whereas I'm limiting his abilities, and only giving him some much later on to be used by someone else.) Even if just as a Drive, still, that's not overpowered? No boss fight would ever be a challenge.

How so? Most of his abilities are locked away for now, and he's not at full strength since he can't be summoned correctly.

That's kind of the point. He's either at full power or he is basically useless. There is no middle.

Who said there's no middle? Not saying that he's completely weakened down to nothing. He's still a warrior.

Just that he is limited away from full power, so that he isn't too strong.

Well, let me mention some facts first.

1) I've mentioned that he can't use full power as he can't be summoned in the proper way that grants his kind their full power for their time in the present reality. Bonded hosts and artifacts are required. At least, not unless certain story actions are carried out.

2) I've mentioned that, even later on, his full power will be locked away unless really needed. And even then, someone else has to call it down.

3) Nowhere in the CS, where I originally mentioned the chant, do I say the chant calls in his full power.

Now, then... Answer this for me, "doesn't the chant restore him to full power?"
