Elissa kept him in line until she had to leave for an "Insane Asylum" aka this school. The event that caused this will be brought up when they finally get to speak in character.

1) Fenix has stated there are far too many teachers already. Despite what would be round numbers, it's not like each teacher would have two students (As in UP has 3 students, and Gare and Tsuna share 4 students with Gare having a 5th on the side). Besides, throw another teacher in there, and I'd have to go re-evaluate every student to pair them up with their optimal teacher.

2) You already have 2 characters in this RP. Aren't we getting a bit greedy? (Not as bad as Gare and his students, but 3 is a little much, don't you think?)

I think we're fine. Every teacher has at least 2 students. No one's complained about their teacher selection, and it's not like the students can only learn from their personal teachers. Other teachers can teach them about certain things as well, it's just not going to be the main source of learning.
