Posted agan. I still don't understand how dodging like that in mid-air is possible. The whole point of attacking someone as they land is that they cannot dodge since there is nothing to give them a force in any specific direction. You cannot simply push off something to get out of the way, all you can do is hope they miss you, but anyway... it again defies the laws of physics. Sorry, I'm a physics major so this is stuff that really bothers me, when the laws of physics are ignored when magic isn't being cast.

Yes I seem to recall a certain incident where Epalm was knocked off of a creature they were both riding on by a mysterious assailent (turned out to be Valas later), Lysander kept going and left Epalm to die. Now that I think about it, Epalm should have broken his leg too.

Though the one part I didn't like about the last one is that I didn't develop Epalm's character more. However this time as a teacher it seems like I'll have plenty of time to do that.

@Counter: You're also in a school of magic. Physics is broken by default here.
