In answer to that question, I'd just go on with my day like nothing happened. I'm practically built like a female anyway, except for the crucial female parts, know what I mean.

I'd find it interesting. I'd be all like "I'm in an anime!?" And than go off to one of 4 peoples houses: Jay, Shiro, Shebum, or Rayven. One of these people could help me or atleast laugh it off with me. Shebum would be my first try, then Shiro, than Jay, then Rayven.
