Thanks for the feedback. Looks like they're all popular, so I'll include all of them.

- Which of course means that Torchwood has it's full team back - we'll just pretend that the events of Torchwood series 2 didn't exactly happen the way they did    (So Owen and Tosh weren't killed off)   , and that Owen and Tosh were away during the 'Journey's End' episode, thus they haven't met the Tenth Doctor before now.    Also, Owen's not going to have his immortality thing - we've already got two 'immortal' NPC's without adding another one, and Owen's character was too dark and emo as a 'dead man walking' away. Much better to have him as his normal, loveable sarky self.   

As for Donna, she's going to be slightly more difficult to fit in (for obvious reasons), but it's not impossible. I could always have the Doctor (during his adventures in series 4) drop Donna off in 2009/2010, so she could then help the Doctor without    her memory having been wiped - since in theory it hasn't happened to her yet.    It sounds pretty complicated, but it's the best way around the problem. As the Doctor would explain it, it would be a "wibbley wobbley...timey wimey" thing. A bit like what happened to Sally Sparrow in "Blink".

But I'm sure once they're settled into the RP, I'm sure they'll be great - particularly for comic relief (Donna and Owen - that's one interaction that will be amusing to see!) NPC CS's will be up soon.

Starting to post up NPC details now. Here's the Doctor's CS. (Of course, his is the longest.)

Name: Alias -The Doctor (Tenth incarnation) Real name unknown.
Age: Over 900 (Although he looks like he’s in his thirties.)
Gender: Male
Species/Race: Time Lord
Current Location: Prison cell, Location unknown. [The last episodes the Doctor experienced: ‘Planet of The Dead’ & ‘The Wedding of Sarah Jane’. The events that take place in ‘The Waters of Mars’ and ‘The End of Time’ haven’t happened to him yet.]
Appearance: Image Despite belonging to a completely different race, it so happens that his species is almost identical in appearance to Humans. The only noticeable physical difference being that he has two hearts instead of one. About 6’1”, a skinny but lively man, with a chiselled face, a flop of ruffled brown hair that sticks up slightly towards the front, and side-burns. He has a youthful face and a beaming smile (when he’s not being serious), but his deep brown eyes are ancient, telling stories of someone who has lived through centuries of life and death, of history and suffering. He has bushy, very expressive eyebrows, and his forehead wrinkles up whenever his eyebrows are raised. He wears a dark brown suit with blue pin-stripes, a shirt and tie (varying in colour), and sometimes underneath that a t-shirt, also varying in colour. He tends to go mainly for blues, reds, whites and browns with most of his clothing. Alternately, he sometimes wears a bright blue suit with red pinstripes, and on a few occasions he has donned a ‘James Bond’ tuxedo – which he is convinced is unlucky/jinxed, because things always go horribly wrong whenever he wears it (the joke being that things always go horribly wrong, it doesn’t matter what he wears). On his feet he always wears a pair of tennis shoes/converses which are either white with red edging, beige, or red with white edging. Sometimes he wears a pair of rectangular thick-rimmed ‘geek’ glasses (‘Brainy specs’) - not because he needs them, but ‘because it makes him look clever’. He usually slips them on whenever he wants to look intellectual, or sometimes when he is examining something. He has also acquired a pair of tinted shades, which he tends to wear when he’s feeling rebellious (Or pretending to be drunk – or both).
In addition he has a long tan-brown trench coat which he appears to be very fond of, taking it with him on most of his adventures. And his clothing always has lots of pockets – which he says are ‘bigger on the inside’.
Personality: The Doctor’s personality is extremely complex, and varies from one regeneration to the next. One of the main factors that always stays the same is that he is a traveller – he travels, that’s all he does. He never asks for trouble – trouble just always seems to follow him. And he’s mysterious, rarely talking about his own personal life, although he does throw out the occasional hint or off-handed comment now and again, which usually takes his companions by surprise. And he’s always full of zest and energy, highly eccentric, and always ready for adventure. He loves travelling, exploring new worlds at his leisure, meeting new people and different cultures from all over the universe, throughout space and time. Earth has always been a particular fascination of his – and even more so since he lost his home planet. Perhaps it’s the fact that Humans bear such a resemblance to Time Lords…who knows?

As for the Tenth Doctor’s personality himself, I’ll let Tv Tropes do the talking: The Tenth Doctor also has a string of little quirks, such as (but not limited to): Catchphases, such as “Allons-y”, “Brilliant”, “Molto Bene”, “What?(x3)” and “I’m sorry, I’m so sorry.” He also has a tendency to lick things in order to determine what they are made of (Time Lord senses are greater than that of a human), has trouble with numbered lists (often switching from 1,2,3, to a,b,c, or losing count all together), and his voice tends to go all high pitched when he’s excited or surprised. He also likes to act stupid (or sometimes in the Tenth’s Doctor’s case, drunk) as a way of fooling the enemy/people around him.
Oh, and he hates pears.

*Weapons/Gadgets/Tech:
Weapons – The Doctor never carries any weapons. He never would. Never. (Or so he says…)
Gadgets/tech – This, on the other hand, he has a lot of. Way too much to list here – but I’ll list the main ones:

~ The TARDIS
The Doctor’s spaceship. TARDIS is an acronym, standing for ‘Time and Relative Dimension/s In Space’. Disguised on the outside as a small, blue wooden police box (A 1960’s model), it’s an ancient piece of Time Lord Technology. It is Trans-dimensional, meaning it is a lot bigger on the inside than it is on the outside. It is capable of travelling through both time and space.
The TARDIS has many devices – one such device is a chameleon circuit, which was supposed to transform the outside of the ship so that it ‘blended in’ with whatever its surroundings were…only the circuit broke, leaving the Doctors TARDIS stuck disguised as a 1960’s British police box. The TARDIS is also fixed with a cloaking device known as a ‘perception filter’. With this the ship can remain undetected – it is still highly visible and plain in sight – but to the untrained eye the Doctor’s blue box is perceived as ‘nothing important’, and people will just ignore it, especially if they don’t realise what’s inside it. As the Doctor once described it: “I know what it’s like. It’s like when you fancy someone, but they don’t know you exist, that’s what it’s like.” – the perception filter works on a similar principle.

~ Sonic Screwdriver
The Doctor uses this a lot – particularly in his Tenth incarnation. It’s a device which uses sonic waves to do a variety of functions. Its functions and how effective it is, usually depends on the frequency setting. The sonic screwdriver can unlock and open doors (or indeed anything, provided it isn’t deadlocked…or made of wood), make a loud noise or set off electrical equipment (good for distracting enemies), Scan/detect things, it works as a miniature torch, lights candles, switches things on/off, hacks into electronic devices, fuses things together, breaks things apart…the possibilities are almost endless. Forget your Swiss Army knife – the sonic screwdriver is the ultimate multi-purpose gadget.

~ Brainy Specs
As already mentioned, they make him look clever.

~ Psychic Paper
A piece of paper that is ‘slightly psychic’. It may look like just a piece of blank paper placed inside a credit card or travel pass holder – but it allows those holding it to show people whatever they want to see on the card. It can fool machines as well as people – although not people or beings with a very high intelligence (i.e. it failed to work on Shakespeare) It has also been able to receive messages from other people experienced with psychic paper who wish to contact him throughout the universe.

Talents/Skills: The Doctor is multi-talented, and very intelligent. It would take too long to list all the things he’s capable of doing.
However it’s worth noting that as a Time Lord, he can do several things that no human being can. He has two hearts, making him a lot fitter and energetic than any Human, and he can run for a long time without running out of breath. He can also survive without any air for much longer than any human could, as well as being able to survive extreme temperatures, both hot and cold. His body is resilient against a lot of things, and in the case of durability, he is much stronger than any human. – He’s been frozen, he’s been electrocuted (several times), he’s had things fired at him/hit him, been positioned way too close to a sun, been poisoned with cyanide, had aliens possess him which should have killed him, had his hand chopped off (he grew another hand), had Rontgen radiation zapped through him (which apparently made him itch), got caught up in explosions, had all the blood sucked out of him, fallen from great heights…and yet he’s survived through it all. But when his body is subject to severe damage or age, he can also regenerate – altering and replacing every cell in his body, changing his appearance and becoming a new man – quite literally.
However despite this, it must be pointed out that he is not invincible, and although he can live for a very long time, he is not immortal. It’s not easy to kill a Time Lord…but it can be done.

Faults/Weakness: As well as a lot of strengths, the Doctor has a lot of weaknesses. He is practically a walking contradiction. He says he never carries a gun, but he has. He abhors violence and using weapons – and yet ironically all he does is fashion other people into weapons instead. He talks about his race, the Time Lords, as though they were heroes. But in reality the Doctor is a renegade – he and the Time Lords rarely saw eye-to-eye...and the Time-Lords were far from the perfect image he makes them out to be. He preaches about how violence is wrong, and punishes those who have killed – but he is not much better than them. The Time War has taken its toll on the Doctor...he might be chatty, lively and cheerful, but inside he’s a broken man. He has slaughtered millions – he committed genocide against his own people, and has wiped out many other races too over the years even before the Time War, destroying whole planets. Everywhere the Doctor goes, death and destruction is not far behind. They even say that his constant companion is death. So many people have sacrificed their lives to help him…and yet he barely realises it. He just keeps on travelling and running, never looking back because he dare not. Despite all his bravely, all his heroics and all the people he has saved, he is still a coward – he’s too scared to look at the damage he has done, too scared and ashamed to even look at himself. He is far too proud and far too frightened. Despite being the hero, under all that bravado and tough, witty exterior, the Doctor is more vulnerable than you would realise.
There is also a very dark side to the Doctor. A side which frightens even his companions. ‘The fury of a Time Lord’ as it’s been called. It’s the kind of fury that is cold, callus, heartless. This rarely happens, but when it does, pity the poor being that is subject to it.
Completely contrasting this, another of his weaknesses is his compassion. Sometimes, the Doctor can appear to be too forgiving and righteous. He gives villains another chance, even when he knows they will only do wrong again. And his compassion is often used against him by his enemies. Often they will try and bargain with the Doctor by threatening to kill one of his companions…and most of the time, the Doctor gives in to their wishes. Although it is good that he feels a great responsibility for/ is very loyal to his companions, this can also be his downfall. Many a villain has taken advantage of the Doctor’s attachment to his companions, and his attachment to the Human race as a whole. Some enemies of the Doctor have even targeted Earth for the sole purpose of getting back at the Doctor    (i.e. The Master)   , not because they feel Earth is important/have any particular use for it, but because they know it would break the Doctors hearts to see Earth destroyed/enslaved.
In terms of physical weakness, the Doctor has very few…although apparently ordinary Earth aspirin can be deadly to him. Also on the occasions where one of hearts has stopped beating, it seems to be a real strain on him, since he is so used to having two hearts working all time – he doesn’t understand how humans only cope with one.

Background: Apart from what happens to him in the episodes of Doctor Who (And I’m not going to type up his whole history, it’s too long), not much is known about the Doctor. He is as mysterious as his name. No one knows who he is – hence the title of the show, ‘Doctor Who’.
“Doctor? Who is this Doctor? Doctor Who?”
The Time war was a significant moment in the Doctor’s life, since he was the one to end it. Having apparently been ‘left with no choice’, the Doctor destroyed his home planet, Gallifrey, The Daleks, and the Time Lords. He wiped them all out, leaving them to burn. Only he survived. He’s been travelling the universe ever since, as he has always done…but the Time war has changed him. He will never be able to forget what happened. Even now, he keeps losing those people closest to him. At this point in his timeline he travels alone, without any companions. He doesn’t want anyone getting too close to him, because he’s frightened of losing them, just like everyone else.
…Only he’s beginning to realise that travelling alone is more difficult than he thought. Now he needs his companions and friends more than ever.

Sorry about the triple post. Here is Captain Jack’s CS (The last of the really long NPC CS’s, I promise. The others won’t be as detailed).

NPC

Name: Captain Jack Harkness (Alias – his real name is actually unknown)
Age: Unknown, due to a certain ‘accident’ which made him reluctantly immortal. The fact that he has got sent into the past so many times, means that he is likely to be many centuries old. (Though he still looks like he’s in his late 30’s)
Gender: Male
Species/Race: Near-human. He isn’t from Earth, but from another planet in the 51st century. It’s assumed he is partly if not mostly human, however.
Current Location: Somewhere in London – apparently there has been rumours of an increasing number of aliens there, so he’s left his Torchwood base in Cardiff to go and investigate. [Episode he last met the Doctor: ‘Journey’s End’. It’s also worth noting that in regards to the Torchwood Series, the events in ‘Children of Earth’ haven’t happened yet (Even though they should have by this point in time – I’m making a few changes)]
Organisation: Torchwood – Head of Torchwood 3 (Cardiff), and since the destruction of Torchwood 1 in London, he practically runs the whole Torchwood Institute.
Also a former Doctor’s companion, Time Agent, Freelancer and Conman.
Appearance: Image.
Personality: Openly Omni-sexual and tending to flirt with almost everyone he meets, alien or human, Captain Jack is what you might call a very ‘modern man’ – and you’d be more right than you think, since he originates from the 51st century. His personality certainly reflects this. He is described as being “lethally charming, good looking and utterly captivating,” as well as “flirtatious, cunning, clever and a bit of an action man.” Within ‘Doctor Who', Jack's personality is relatively light-hearted, although this changes in Torchwood's first series, where he becomes a darker character. He now has both light and dark elements to his character. Captain Jack Harkness is generally trigger-happy, pro-violence when dealing with aliens, and unafraid of dangerous situations...and although he’s not immune to fear, he tends not to show it. In fact, he's usually ready with a flirtatious quip whatever the threat. However his morals and out-look on life have changed dramatically since meeting the Doctor. He tends to be a lot more diplomatic, and he now looks out for others, instead of just looking out for himself. Generally he’s an all round good guy, and gets along with most people. In fact, he’s a bit of a people magnet.

*Weapons/Gadgets/Tech:
As Torchwood’s Team Leader, Jack has access to all kinds of weapons and alien tech. However he always carries the following:

~ A Time Agent Wrist strap.
This is a vortex manipulator, a more primitive form of time-travel technology which allows the user to travel through time by minimally controllable (and apparently uncomfortable) "hops" through the Time Vortex. The technology is compact enough to be worn on Jack’s wrist. He obtained the vortex manipulator during his stint as a Time Agent. There are also vortex manipulators that are capable of moving a small spaceship, although it is uncertain whether Jack’s can do this (probably can). While Jack notes that such technology means the Doctor is not the only person capable of travelling through time, the Doctor disdainfully compares the "space hopper" vortex manipulator to his "sports car" TARDIS. (In other words, the vortex manipulator is nowhere near as powerful or good at time travel as the TARDIS) The device also allows travel through space by harnessing the energies of wormholes (such as the Cardiff Rift that Torchwood monitors).

~ Futuristic Binoculars from the 51st century
~ Tinted shades – all torchwood personnel have a pair
~ A Torch – very bright and reasonably light-weight
~ Retcon (amnesia) pills, which are always on his person as part of standard Torchwood procedure.
~ His own Webley revolver (See Image link in ‘appearance’)
~ A Torchwood personnel ear-piece with a blue-tooth attachment , used for communicating with the rest of his Torchwood team.

Talents/Skills: Known as ‘The man who can never die’, Jack has a gift (or curse, as he sees it), where he is unable to stay dead. He has been killed countless times, even committed suicide hundreds of times, and yet he always comes back alive. He is, you might say, virtually indestructible. (You can see why this character had to be an NPC.) Having said that, age still has an effect on him, which means (he hopes) that he is not completely immortal.
Aside from that, he has vast practical experience of working with aliens and dealing with crisis situations. He has come through a lot of scrapes, and having lived through so many years, he has a hell of a lot of experience on his shoulders. He is skilled with a gun, and good at getting out of tight corners. His leadership skills are unquestionable; his team following him through everything and hold great respect for him. Like the Doctor, he shows great compassion for those around him, always ready to help those in need.

Faults/Weakness: Often too secretive, Captain Jack Harkness has a lot to hide. He has done many things in his past that he’s not proud of – often through cowardice or to suit his own means. His morality is still ambiguous and questionable at times, and with so many dark secrets, can he really be trusted?
However, having said that, whenever he’s with the Doctor, these issues tend to subside, the Doctor often setting him back on the straight and narrow, and making him realise where he is going wrong.
However, there is still something distrustful about Jack. Those who have worked with him know this. Sometimes it’s hard to know whose side he’s on – or whether he even has a side. He tends to distance himself, always being friendly but never letting anyone get too close. And yet he keeps secrets from everyone, even those closest to him sometimes end up feeling like they don’t know him at all.
He also tends to be too harsh and strict at times. He shows no mercy when dealing with aliens, often his team questioning his methods. If he finds out a member of his team has betrayed him/kept secrets from him, he will lose all respect for them and turn his back on them. (Despite the fact that he keeps secrets himself, in turn making him a hypocrite.)

Background: Jack’s origins are obscure, and he likes it that way. Even his name isn’t real, stolen off a deceased Second World War airman. Despite having worked with him for some time, his present-day colleagues know very little about him. Jack has had a dark and varied life – he was once a prisoner of war, an interrogator who used torture, a freelancer and a conman, a Time Agent, a traitor, a soldier, a veteran member of the original Torchwood institute (read further down), a father (and grand father), a lover…he’s lost many friends and lovers, having to watch them die while he lives on. He didn’t used to be immortal – but journeying with the Doctor changed all that.    An entity, known only as the ‘Bad Wolf’ decided to grant him life after he was exterminated by a dalek and killed. Only it didn’t just bring him back to life. It brought him back to life for good.    He now ages very very slowly, and can never die. The Doctor (in his Ninth incarnation) having abandoned him, Jack Harkness transported himself to Earth, aiming to land in the 21st century – but his vortex manipulator was badly damaged, and sent him to Cardiff, the year 1869 instead. Unable to use his broken vortex manipulator, he was stuck in the past, and had to live through the whole 20th century just to find the Doctor again. Such was his obsession with finding the Doctor, that he told one too-many people about ‘the Doctor’ – and Victorian Torchwood agents Alice Guppy and Emily Holroyd tracked him down. Finding out that he was immortal and had a connection with the Doctor, they interrogated and tortured Jack to find out why he couldn’t die, and what connection he had to Torchwood’s greatest enemy, the Doctor. He was eventually released on the condition that he worked for them – and having nothing better to do with his time while he waited for the Doctor, Jack reluctantly accepted. He’s been a member of Torchwood ever since. During the ‘Battle of Canary Wharf’, the Daleks and Cybermen destroyed the Torchwood HQ, and killed the majority of its members. Jack saw the opportunity and decided to revive Torchwood, changing the face of the organisation forever, all in the Doctor’s name. He hoped that by doing this he could redeem himself of his shameful Torchwood past, and that he could make the Doctor proud by turning an organisation that was so corrupt into something good. He finally found the Doctor again, and asked him why he had left him. The Doctor told Jack he was “an impossible thing”, a fixed point in time, he was a fact, he simply existed – which was why he couldn’t die. As a Time Lord, the Doctor’s instincts had told him to run from Jack Harkness, because he shouldn’t exist. All differences and prejudice aside, Captain Jack and the Doctor are good friends, and keep in contact with each other now and again. However for the most part they work separately, the Doctor travelling alone, and Jack Harkness working with his Torchwood team. They still hear from each other now and again, particularly if the other is in trouble or if there is a great emergency.

Appearance: Martha has changed her appearance (clothes and hair-wise) several times during the show – but in this RP, she will appear like THIS, wearing the clothing in this picture:Image In addition, she would also have her old medical lab coat (see 1st image) with her.
Personality: Martha is a friendly, intelligent, brave and good-spirited person, and very caring towards those around her. When they first encountered each other, the Doctor was impressed with her theory about having air on the Moon, and he asked her to join him in the hospital balcony to see if they could breathe.
Throughout her travels with the Doctor, Martha developed a crush on him and always wondered if the Doctor liked her back. However it was clear her love was unrequited.
Since leaving the Doctor she’s moved on, and she’s now in a relationship with fellow former Doctor’s companion, Mickey Smith. She views the Doctor as an old friend, nothing more, to which the feeling is mutual.
*Weapons/Gadgets/Tech:
Martha doesn’t carry any weapons personally (Although she has borrowed other people’s in the past).
As for personal gadgets – a lot of them were from UNIT, and since she no longer works with UNIT, it is hard to determine what she has/has not got with her. However I shall name the things she definitely has got:
~ Martha’s Super phone
A phone specifically modified by the Doctor “with a little jiggery-pokery”, as he likes to call it. It’s a little trick he’s performed for most of his recent companions. With the Doctor’s modifications, it allows the caller to call anywhere across the universe – through time as well as space. For example, she could call home, present day, whilst actually being a million light years away in the year 5000, and have a conversation with someone, who (theoretically) is actually long dead.
Not only that, but Martha has the Doctor’s number on speed-dial, ready for any emergency.
~ A stethoscope and medical kit
Talents/Skills:
As well as the great knowledge in extraterrestrial life that comes from travelling with the Doctor, Martha has great expertise in the medical field.
Faults/Weakness:
Martha tends to be a bit upfront about things, and takes offense easily. She has also had bouts of jealousy towards other Doctor companions – particularly if they’ve had a relationship with the Doctor that was a bit more than just friendship… (i.e. Rose, Joan Redfern)
Working with UNIT has also turned her into a slightly colder and stricter person than she used to be.
Background:
Formerly one of the Doctor’s companions, Martha Jones first bumped into the Doctor while she was working at the Royal Hope Hospital in London as a trainee doctor. After an in incident involving the hospital being teleported to the Moon, a blood-sucking shape-shifter known as a Plasmavore and a rather deadly rhino-like police squadron, not to mention Martha saving the Doctor’s life, the Doctor thought Martha deserved a thank you trip in the TARDIS. However ‘just one trip’ soon turned into several…
Martha did eventually leave the Doctor when things became ‘complicated’, and she realised that staying with the Doctor would only cause her more heart-ache. As one last favour, the Doctor pulled a few strings, and got Martha a place in UNIT – she’s been involved in the organisation ever since. However she’s bumped into the Doctor again on quite a few occasions, and after the events that happened during ‘Journey’s End’, fellow Doctor’s companion Mickey Smith convinced her to leave UNIT and go freelance with him. The two have since become a couple, although they haven’t married/got engaged yet (Their appearance in ‘The End of Time’ is yet to happen).

Well it seems like no one else is going to sign up (apart from Crystalynn, who I've spoken to and am still waiting for a CS from), so I'm in the process of working on the IC.

How about something squishy? I'm not sure if can do much damage with house-made shrapnell bombs against Daleks and Cybermen. Talking of Cybermen, Jack does believe that gold is still affecting against them. Just telling.

Isn't one of those two races weak against sound? Though I forget which.

Ivy has light blond hair that falls mid back when down, even though most of the time it is at least half pulled up in a black and white striped hair tie. She has hazel eyes that are just a bit more green than blue, but are usually covered by a pair of purple contacts; which are needed since she is near sided and she does not see much more than the basic outline of things without them. Her skin is pretty pale and she only wears a little bit of makeup (foundation, eyeliner, and mascara). Standing at 5’ 4” she is a bit short and is use to looking up at people when she is speaking to them and has a slender frame that does not have any obvious signs of any major work out.

Ivy wears a purple and black corset style tank top, a black cotton jacket, and a black pair of jeans. She wears a comfy pair of black Air walk sneakers, which do nothing to help her height but are functional. Ivy also is always wearing a necklace that is a finger nail sized ace of spades card with a tiny black dice attacked to the bottom corner that hangs on a silver chain.

Personality:

Ivy is the kind of person who will come up to you if you look like your day is going to hell and strike up a conversation about anything to get your mind off it. She would suck at poker due to the fact that her emotions are pretty much broadcasted on her face. Ivy gets excited over the little things in life, like going out to eat, but if put in a situation where she is afraid she will fight to stay there as long as possible since her father told her that the best way to build character is to stand up to your fears.

Ivy began keeping things that she could use to defend herself on her key chain when she came to the conclusion that as a rule it takes too long for a woman to pull anything out of a purse.

Ivy believes in alien life even if most of the conclusions about where it is at is wrong (she is convinced that the Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas has to be a crashed space ship due to its ridiculous shapes), but she would not really talk about the topic of aliens unless someone else brought it up because she hates feeling embarrassed.

*Weapons/Gadgets/Tech:
Ivy does not carry any really hard core weapons at this time; as defense goes she carries a small pepper spray, a black cat on her keys, and a small butterfly knife.

Talents/Skills:

Ivy is and pretty much always has been a dancer. Ivy has quite a bit of agility, stamina, and is a bit more graceful than the average person when it comes to movement in general. She is also a theater junkie, so she is also a very charismatic person and can strike up a conversation with pretty much anyone she meets.

Faults/Weakness:
One of Ivy's biggest weaknesses is her leadership skills, or lack there of. When she is put in charge of most anything it tends to fall to pieces unless someone steps in to help her out, which thankfully happens a lot. Ivy also has the tendency to let her mind wander so unless she is really focusing she will probably only hear 75 percent of what someone is saying ( in other words she has selective hearing).

Ivy has never really been physically intimidating due to her size so if anyone bigger comes her way she would have a hard time if the cornered her and forced her into a fight.

Background:
Emerald, or Ivy as she likes to call herself, was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a kid she was the type who would dress up like a princess and watch hour upon hour of Disney movies while speaking word for word with the movie (and singing all the songs). She decided when she was eight, after seeing a production of Peter Pan at her older cousin’s school that she wanted to be on the stage too and a few short weeks later began ballet classes.

As she got older Emerald began to train in a couple of different types of dancing ranging from tap to ballroom and as soon as she turned 18 she tried out for The Tournament of Kings, a renaissance style dinner show and was happy to find out that she had made it on as one of the dancers. After a few months of doing the same show over and over, Emerald began taking courses at a local community college during the day in order to brush up on some of the other aspects of theater.

Before the Doctor contacted her by appearing on her computer, she was looking up upcoming auditions, she had never really thought hard on the topic of alien life. She did find it hard to believe that Earth was the only planet with living, breathing life forms on it, but unless someone else brought up their theories the thoughts basically just vegetated in the back of Ivy’s mind.

I edited the equipment part in my CS, and made his drug abuse a little more subtle.

Edited the equipment part of CS to include a whistle and cell phone...the cell phone for obvious reasons.

I’m not sure…I’m going to have to rewatch some episodes and check. I know in one episode the Doctor used his sonic screwdriver to create a loud noise to distract the daleks…but it didn’t have an effect on them for too long.

the problem with the 10th incarnation of the doctor is that a lot of really good villans tend to be 'the last of their race from before time' e.g. the witches. they allways get killed off or retrapped!!

Well I don't plan to have characters doing too much time travelling. I might add time travel if I need some new elements in there/stir things up a little, but it's not necessary to the plot, since most of the action is happening in the present day.
However, that wouldn't stop the doctor's daughter from finding some way of time-travelling herself...so it's still possible.
But that's the brilliant thing about Doctor Who monsters. You can always find some way of bringing them back!    And the Doctor has the witches with him - the crystal ball they were trapped in is lying about somewhere in the Tardis!   . Apart from a few   (i.e. the Cult of Skaro, they are completely and officially dead now...assuming those 4 daleks were the only members)   , you can usually come up with some creative way of bringing them back. So don't hold back from suggestions just because the characters are dead - I might still be able to work out a way of making them 'not dead'

That's ok. If all goes well, I'm planning to have the IC up either tomorrow, or even as early as today - so if you happen to log on later today, you might be able to sneak in a post before you go.
