Physical Description: Orville is decently tall, standing about 6 feet tall. He has short brown hair and piercing gray eyes that stare out from his tired face. He does not appear to be muscular but there is obviously a strength in his wiry frame. Atop his head he wears a small beret on his head. He wears loose fitting clothing usually brightly colored and decorated with all sorts of drips and stains from paint. On both of his wrists are tattoos of blobs of paint circling all the way up his arms in spiraling sleeves. He almost always goes barefoot.

Equipment: A large artist's pallet reinforced with steel for blocking attacks and a simple selection of paint brushes, mostly flats ranging from very thin...to thick 14s and the thickest being a 3 inch brush. Along with the brushes he has a simple metal pallet knife for mixing paint on the pallet.

Theme Song: Monster, Skillet

Powers: Paint Magic, the power is in the paint and the brush. He can send paint flying in specific patterns and shapes across a football field with good accuracy. Different colors do different things, Red is fire the power of burning, and heat. Cerulean blue is ice frost, sliding, freezing, Ultarmarine blue is wet like water. Gray is the solidity of metal. Green the melting and sizzling power of a strong acid and so on.
Using his magic he can make a little paint go a long way flinging it in lines or sending it flying through the air Painting patterns along the ground. The paint does not change but it is treated as the substance it represents. If a splash of lime green fell on someone's arm it would be as if that spot had been splashed with strong acid. A line of red across a dry field could have the whole field bursting in flames. Different color mixes can accomplish different things as well.

Skills: His hand speed is incredible, using the back end of the wooden paintbrush he can poke a hole through a person as easily as a bullet. While he may not the be the quickest person ever using his paint brush and Pallet shield he can easily be adept at melee combat.

Title: The Artist of Chaos



History: Orville started out as a rebel to the strange alliance fighting a one man battle against the advancing armies. His goal not to kill but merely to cause Chaos and slow down the advancing troops. Setting fields aflame or trapping them in snares of metal before safely escaping. It was weeks before he was finally caught and given the choice...join or die. He joined the army serving quite well and doing his duty. Once the new government was established he vanished from sight living as a decent artist selling his paintings. He was against the war from the start and often laments over the deaths of those he has killed despite how good he was at it. Overtime he had realized that some killing must be done in order for peace to be around and so he has given up his life of pacifism and art. He wishes to join Lunatic Inc. in order to maintain peace and help people and if he must kill and destroy to do so he will without hesitation, he does what is asked and does it well and if a little chaos is created along the way well he was just having fun.
