Don't worry about it. I'd be lying if I said it's the first time this characters been mistaken for a chick. Long silver hair seems to have that effect.

Physical Description:

She’s an athletic girl, standing about 5’ 7” tall with skin the colour of pale jade and fiery red hair. The hair is worn short and tousled. She has a red tattoo of a phoenix on her chest just below her collarbone, the wingspan falls just short of her shoulders and the tail of the phoenix trails down between her breasts. She also has a tattoo of a black band, which spirals up her forearm three times; each arm has an identical tattoo. Her upper arms bear numerous scars of scattered tally marks. Phoebe always carries a carton of Lucky Strikes in her hip pocket, along with a zippo, and can often be seen with one dangling from her lip.

Equipment:
Phoebe carries two, matte black, compact, high-powered pistols in thigh holsters and a short shotgun slung across her back. She wears a white undershirt and snug black slacks with combat boots. If it happens to be nippy she wears a beige jacket with fleece lined collar, this is enough to see her through any inclement weather.

Powers:

Spirit Familiar – The tattoo of the phoenix comes to life, becoming a red translucent entity, which can attack and tear apart Phoebe’s enemies. The phoenix can level itself to match most enemies, but if it has manifested itself in a very powerful form it will drain Phoebe accordingly.

Yeah. History it's always the hardest bit to fill out. One of the reasons I find pre-existing characters appealing...it makes less work to turn it into something suitable.
