I remember when that song was in Eurovision. One of the few songs I liked that year.

The impervious to metal part just screams power playing to me. The rest, meh. Making metal is a bit of a stretch unless you have millions of tiny little metal robots crawling around inside your body that react to your every whim.

-But I don't think we have anyone like that in our party.

Metal controlling just seems a bit much.

I mean, the one of the only ways they managed to beat magneto was by actually taking his powers away.

Before that, he just raped everyone that came near him.

I haven't read enough of the X-Men comics to know, and by not enough I mean any, but it seems like that situation could have been resolved if Cyclops had his visor made of plastic instead of metal.

I was just thinking of the movies, but then it would have been very easily breakable, wouldn't it?

Metal control has it's weaknesses. For the same reason having a metallic arm or being a part of a supercomputer can have its weaknesses.

...explain please, how controlling metal has weaknesses? I can see how in some situations, it can be useless, but not a weakness.

Again not sure, although the movie version of cyclops should have annihilated everybody save for Gene and Wolverine since he apparently just needed a pair of sunglasses to keep his power in check, although I don't know if that's all the comic version required as well.

Edit: As for the weaknesses, controlling metal or binding yourself to it can generally be VERY bad when fighting an electromancer.

Let's just say, what might happen if somehow you become more metal than flesh, in a bad way?

One of those instances where your powers start controlling YOU.

Of course, that becomes a strength if someone else is more metal than flesh. Like if they have billions of tiny metal robots throughout their entire body.

... But I don't think we have anyone like that in our party.

A metal mancer would be interesting for my character.

On one hand, he could destroy the machinary on him and turn him into a demonic monster, but on the other hand, he'd then be fighting a demonic monster.

True, but sometimes it can also mean an instance of "And I Most Scream" or "Clipped Wing Angel"

And for added effect, here's a great example of that trope in play.

Sweet dreams ;D

Er.

People who control metal rarely start replacing their body with metal. That's a whole different can of worms.

Haha! I totally agree with you guys that Willis is a powerhouse, afterall, as it's already been spoken he was originally meant to be a final boss character in my CEUDR Rp. Frakly I didn't belive he would even be considered seeing how much of an ass kicking he can potentially deliver with the full extend of his power. I am willing to debuff him a bit though so he can fit in, well if the base idea is acceted that is.

PS: his power is actually 'magic' with a focus on metal with controlling metal being a basic offensive spell. In the previous rp he was part of that was called metalmancing.
