If Romana was allowed to, she'd happily go out of her way and cross her own timeline to ensure Scael's action was carried out.

Romana saw the events unfold before her, smirked, and made a note to her furture self to go back in time and cancel out any actions carried out in Enine's defence.

Before Satan could do anything, in a split second a second much older Romana appeared, encasing the demon in an unbreakable timelock and time-scooping her away to god knows where. Perfectly timed so that Scael did in fact shove Enine out of the way.

"Hmph! My work here is done," future Romana said, satisfied, before vanishing again.

Suddenly the entire dimension explodes in a flash of bright lights and colors. Everyone is wiped away, this is what happens when a world is split in two. What happens when the ether, something that only holds dimensions, something that only suspends them, enters. This was all happening around Romana, who remained perfectly fine. A silent observer. Soon it dies down, save for a silent hum in the background. Romana,however, is awash in pitch blackness.
"This is what I do with people I particularly don't like. . ." Came meta-Enine's voice, not into the darkness, but penetrating deep into Romana's head.
"Your in my world now. . . . My own exclusive world, I made it just as you froze Satan. . . .if you're willing to break the rules and use something regular Enine cannot do, I will do it for him."
"Unlimited death, are you familiar with the term Romana? I'm sure your people have heard of what we gods can do to you mere mortals. You can try to escape. . .but when you are the god of the impossible, it is possible to make the possible, impossible. Make your body ready. . .no. . .make your SOUL ready. . .a simple death is the only blessing you could ever wish for now. . ."


And then a skeleton popped out

Heh, Romana would (if she could) slap him and tell him to stop being such a drama queen.

And I imagine if Meta-Enine really did do that to Romana, the whole of Gallifrey (and others) would be up in arms...especially considering who Romana becomes in her future. The Last Great Time War mark II. Then there really would be chaos.
