Mmm, not a whole lot. Only two active Rp's right now
"Suddenly Frodo noticed that a strange-looking weather-beaten man, sitting in the shadows near the wall, was also listening intently to the hobbit-talk. He had a tall tankard in front of him, and was smoking a long-stemmed pipe curiously carved. His legs were stretched out before him, showing high boots of supple leather that fitted him well, but had seen much wear and were now caked with mud. A travel-stained cloak of heavy dark-green cloth was drawn close about him, and in spite of the heat of the room he wore a hood that overshadowed his face; but the gleam of his eyes could be seen as he watched the hobbits."

Yeah, the RP forum's been a bit slow...
By the way, welcome back Karo.
As I saw the creature, I was as white as an egg. I was so scared I might crack from fear. As the humanoid began to lunge after me, I was walking on egg shells from how scared I was. It grabbed me, took me to its station, and cracked me open. The last thing I saw were my yellow insides cooked on a pan. Human nature is as evil as a rotten egg.

It's been slow? I haven't noticed.

I think he means as opposed to how it used to be at some point.

I was getting at while it might be slow for some, it isn't for me since I'm the GM of one of the running RPs, and things are going well for me in there.

It was me being a smart ass about the situation.

Well you're doin' a fine ass job on that.

And the reason why I say "slow" not just because of the RP's that are goin' right now but because those are the only two goin' on. Hana's X-Men rP seems to have slept for too long since she left... I miss Hana.

It moved like they did in Ye Olde Days

The Golden Age of Snafu... I've read about it, but never got to experience it.

I do want to see the entire board of every day people to RP together here. Not just for the bigger game, but for the interaction among others. I like the RP community now, but I would like to experience a whole-site size RP community

I know 2 sites that are for RPing. roleplayerguild.com is a lot like the RP section of snafu and enterthemultiverse.x10.mx is just different parts of 1 big RP that started in the guild.

Judging by the amount of players in Blordy and my RP, I'd say the players are definitely there. We just need more people to step up to the plate to GM.

Tenshi Nova wrote:Out of curiosity, the ppl that were a part of Vege's RP, what happened? o.o

Not much happened in the beginning. I tasked people with stirring their own trouble, people couldnt figure out how to, or couldn't be bothered, got bored, and left. Some might have other reasons, but I'm very certain that's the reason behind most of the drop-outs. The reason the RP is still running is because I actively sought out Hana's character, Draken jumped in, which got the ball rolling and created the current shit-storm which new players can more easily jump into. There's stuff to do now, people to interact with.

I tried roleplayersguild, but it moved so insanely fast... One blink and the RP you were in was suddenly on page 3 (dramatization, but it does move really fast)

Might have kept up for a while if she had actually stuck around. But she disappeared, to the shock of no one. Not sure why I bothered to join. I knew it would happen. I was enjoying it, though.
