A location marker includes ONE location (Max, two, with a conjunction between). Suitable markers are as such:

~ Rose Apts, #457 ~
~ Open Arms Shelter, back alley ~
~ Elysium, then Emerald Tower lobby ~

Okay, this is an official rule, now: NO MORE CHARACTERS WHO DO NOT SPEAK UNLESS SPOKEN TO. NO MORE CHARACTERS WHO ARE ANTISOCIAL. NO MORE LONER CHARACTERS, PERIOD.

NOTICE:

We recently had a quorum of the current GM Staff for this game regarding the inclusion of Mages in the oWoD campaign setting. From said meeting, it was agreed upon that Mage characters could be created with approval for play. However, all Mage characters will have to abide by the following criteria:

1.) SoulScavenger has been appointed an Assisting GM position for all Mage characters; any questions, situations, etc., needed for the Mage system ought to be addressed to him first before the rest of the GM Staff (We, the staff, thank Soul for his tireless efforts on adapting the creation guide in the fashion that he did)

2.) Be forewarned, ALL MAGES WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR LIMITATIONS; if you go beyond the scope of your sheeted powers, there will be consequences-- the backlash will be as severe as the transgression and could result in player character death.

3.) Any potential Mage character sheet MUST be approved by all four current GMs, in an effort to assure even playing fields; Mages, if structured in particular ways, have the ability to overpower rather easily if left unchecked, which in turn would make the overall experience for everyone else less fun.

It is also worth noting that potential Mage players will be expected to understand Spheres, combination thereof, and the concepts of Quintessence, Arête, and Paradox.
