"Megaman ZX"

The year is 24XX.

2 years ago, the company known as Slither Inc. attempted to put themselves forward as protectors of the people. Through the intervention of an individual known to be referred to as "Model ZX" by his enemies, and with assistance from the group known as the "Guardians", It was revealed that the leader of Slither, one Mr. "Serpent", was responsible for the maverick attacks himself, looking to promote the need of his protective services by causing the very dangers he was to be protecting the people from.

This "Model ZX Rockman" stopped him from recovering an artifact that would have allowed Mr. Serpent to allegedly remake our world in his own image of loyalty only to him.

In the end, he was consumed by the power of the Artifact and has not been heard from since.

Now, there have been reports that the four Biometal artifacts, and the Artifact that Serpent was excavating have vanished, seemingly without a trace. And now, new problems threaten the world.

Now begins the game that will decide the fate of the world.

Biometals will be playable.

1: You won't be choosing Biometals from the start. Make a normal character, style it for the biometal you would choose, and apply for it Via PM. this way, you still get to play the character even if you don't get the biometal.

2: You can be any alliance you choose, team up with other Rockmen (the megamen and or girls. ), follow along with Pandora and Prometheus' plans, fight for the corrupt, raiders, hunters, etc etc etc.

3: Everyone at this point is somewhat Cybernetic, to the point where Humans and Reploids are indistinguishable from one another. "Maverick" is the term for out of control drones, robots, mechaniloids, and other non-sentient robots. Pseudoroids are considered to be maverick, in that they attack civilization, but they have a mind and personality, just tend to be psychotic and evil.

4: Model F (Demon of Inferno): The Flame Biometal, this Rockman is capable of generating massive amounts of heat and Fire. The physically strongest of the Rockmen, It makes its strength known by making use of Huge twin handheld Buster cannons, which double as battering rams. 5: Model L (Hidden Depths of the Ocean): The Aquatic Biometal, Model L is at home in the water, and capable of maintaining operations in the deepest parts of the ocean. The Mighty "Halberd" lance it wields is indicative of its combat ability, though its Forte is the manipulation of Water and Ice. 6: Model P (Consumed in Shadows): The Void Biometal, powered by the spirit of Phantom, is at home in the shadows, hidden from sight. It can strike quickly and without warning, hurling its deadly blades before fading into the aether once again. Phantom was once the hidden power behind Neo Arcadia and Copy X's grand ruling. 7: Model O (The Devil's Armor): Model O is a mysterious Biometal which origin is unknown. It's believed it was created around the same time as the Model Ws that formed from the pieces of Ragnarok. Thought to be the strongest Biometal. Nothing is known about it whereabouts. The biometal is in the shape of the greek letter Omega, for which the biometal is named after.

Pseudoroids: Pseudoroids were built using the technology of a specific Biometal, but they aren't of the same power level. they are only stealing their command of whatever power they possess. That doesn't mean they aren't any less dangerous, as some of them were built from Model W's technology itself. And the intelligent ones know that if they could get their hands on an actual Biometal, they could easily rival or even overpower the other Rockmen.

Pseudoroids get to choose a Biometal and derive secondary abilities from the base power of the Biometal. All pseudoroids had Model W used to "Fill in the gaps" as it were, so they are all partially model W. The Biometal you choose will determine a base for your powers (IE: Model F Pseudos revolve around manipulation of Heat, Flame, fire, etc....While Model H Pseudo's are usually wind or electricity based.

Bearer of the Model P

Name: Bryan Suuit
Alias: Neo Dash

Weapons:

Helmet: Making a few modifications to his helmet, Bryan made the sides of his helmet pop out and record all the sounds he hears. The purpose of that brings us to the next modification, which allows Bryan to mimic voices of those he hears with his helmet.

Nin-Cannon: The Nin-Cannon is an invention created by Bryan, its a plasma cannon that fires special bullets and charged shots. The plasma bullets are kunai-shaped and possess the ability to pierce through most materials. After one round of charging, this buster cannon is able to create a huge shuriken, which can be used as either a shield or a weapon.


Shield: Another one of Bryan's inventions and this one is designed to wound fatally and protect him. It's basically a circular shield attached to his light cannon and its made out of a nearly indestructible metal that he found in a ruins somewhere in the world. How it wounds fatally is because beam blades pop out around the sides of it and they rotate, but what makes it truly deadly is how Bryan is able to launch this beam bladed shield at foes. Also since the shield is connected to a cord, Bryan is able to reel it back to him if he needs it again without needing to retrieve it by walking.

Grapple Sabre: Yet another one of Bryan inventions, its a beam sword that has a grapple hook built inside it. It's purpose is to take Bryan to new heights if he needs it. It can also be used for combat if needed.


Description:

The helmet seems to have some kind of black v-shape thing on the forehead and he seems to wear black shades. The color scheme of Neo Dash's armor is neon green and onyx black. The helmet, upper torso, shoulders, forearms, hands, forelegs, and feet are neon green while the rest is onyx black. The shield is also onyx black and is attached to his right arm. His sword's handle is neon green and the color of the beam's blade is also green. It's connected to his waist and is on his left side.

History:

Bryan has been a member of the hunters for two years now. At the start of his hunter career, Bryan worked as either a part of their R&D department or one of their artifact researchers for time to time studying safely at headquarters. It was only a year ago that Bryan moved out of the lab and entering the dangerous field of bravely exploring ancient ruins and to battle raiders.

Name: Lorenzo Snype

Race: Reploid

Description:

History: Lorenzo was originally one of the reploids built in the factories. Sadly some of the workers were also reploids and became mavericks as the factory sent out one last shipment. Lorenzo was one of the Reploids in the shipment and was immediately considered a maverick. He spent several years on the run and ended up with the raiders. He stays with the raiders because he is hoping he can make enough money to destroy the maverick menace.

Group: Raiders

Personality: Lorenzo is a very calm teen who prefers to use his gun to destroy the mavericks instead of his hands. Lorenzo often will sit alone for hours on end before a mission to clear his mind and lose all his emotions. Lorenzo is the type who loves easily, but takes losses hard.

Weapon(s): Carries around dual light-blades he uses for quick slashes and close-combat. Also a gun used as a sniper rifle.

Specials: Can put a sword into his gun and use as a bullet/harpoon. His helmet has a special targeting system built in and he uses it to analyze his foes (Like model H) He is constantly trying to enhance his armor with the ability to fly or glide. Currently his only speed enhancing is a short dash he uses to dodge attacks or speed up his sword's attacks.

Name: Rited Magna

Race: Reploid

History: Rited was meant to be a scout. He was created to be incredibly fast and was given enhanced senses. He did his job well, scooping out the enemy and sending the information back to the others for an attack. However, one day, he was almost killed. The enemy almost seemed to be waiting for him and before he was rescued, both of his arms had been ripped off. After the incident, he swore never to be taken by the enemy again.

Group: Hunter

Powers, Weapons, Special abilities:
Improved Servos: Rited's body has improved servos, especially in his legs. They allow his limbs to move incredibly fast but, at the same time, they reduce the weight behind his blows.

Enhanced Sensors: Rited's senses are far above those of a normal reploid. He can see infared, ultraviolet, and has extremely good vision. In addition, he can hear some radio waves and is very sensitive to sounds. However, this also renders him vunerable to blinding and sonic attacks.

Pulse Wave Emitters: Rtied's arms have been outfitted with guns that can emit a wave of force. While powerful at short range, the effect disappates very quickly over distance.

Description: Rited is a thin reploid in light green armor. The armor itself is not very strong but it can deflect shots that just nick him. His face is covered in a face plate but while it is retracted, it shows that his face is smiling for the most part. Two red lines fall down from his eyes, giving him the strange appearing of crying red tears. His arms are obviously different from the rest of his body. They are thicker and the armor is a darker shade of green. The pulse lasers are built into his wrists and cannot be retracted or removed without damaging the arm. His legs are thicker near the foot, giving him the power to move quickly.

History: Used to be a janitor of a large company. A janitor with a mild interest in martial arts -- Jeet Kun Do, mostly for self-defense. That is, until the day he fell into a vat of toxic chloroflororicipricoloroxide. Yes, that's right. Chloro-floro-ricripri-color-oxide. Kept alive, in stasis, for hundreds of years, until medical science could find a cure.

An experimental cure was found. It gave him strength and speed many times what he had before. It also made him temporarily crazy. He killed the ones that helped him in a psychotic rage. When he realized what he did, he tried to end his own life by throwing himself off a cliff and into the ocean. He landed on the rocks, and that was all he knew.

When he came to, he was in a strange laboratory. Someone saved his life. They offered him a suit of battle armor. The battle armor they offered, far from slowing him down, would increase his strength and speed further than his body could handle, at least for long periods. To them--that is, the Corrupt--he's an expendable battle machine. And they told him that they are freedom fighters, and there are entire corporations building an army of brainwashed battle machines, which are now trying to control life on Earth, and they are fighting them. Most of these companies, they say, are thinly-veiled attack droid manufacturers.

And he believed every word of it. They want him to fight for their cause. And he agreed.

A little about his Personality: When he's not being a war machine, he's actually pretty relaxed, and joyful. Before, he only had a mild interest in martial arts and no aspirations for the future. Now he has a purpose, and it gives him a sense of peace and fulfillment. As a fighting machine, he adopts a sort of happy, satisfied smile, a result of the intense speed and power his body can barely handle, the constant feel of pushing past his body's limits. He fights not to kill, but to defeat. He refuses to deliver a deathblow, even at the orders of his superiors. The thrill of the fight is all he needs. He wants to change the world for the better, and doesn't realize he's on the wrong side.

Powers, Weapons, Special abilities: Intense strength and speed, combined with his more recent practice of hand-to-hand combat, makes him very fast, strong, and dangerous. Specializes at close combat, hand-to-hand. His ability to push his limits makes him feel a sort of euphoria, which usually lasts for the duration of the fight, but if it lasts too long, he can start to overheat, sap his body's stamina, get symptoms similar to intense blood loss, even pass out before he knows what's happening.

He has the Model F Biometal. (See above.)

Appearance (Physical): 5'5" and 90lbs. Ben is just another underfed kid that makes up for his pale skin, scars, and thin frame with well toned muscles and the look of a fighter. With baby blue eyes and short read hair, his well crafted face could be considered handsome if not for the broken nose and numerous scars running across it

Appearance (Dress): Bean wears a read t-shirt under his dark grey armored vest, with a carrying harness ontop (holding his gun and spare power packs in a armpit holster and his blades on his belt) and his V-67 and RF-3 aross his back, all covered by a leather jacket. His legs are covered with camo fatigues and black combat boots covered by dark grey greaves, and his backhands and forearms are also covered by dark grey gauntlets.

Personality: Ben is a somewhat narrow minded person with goals no farther reaching than making it through the next week alive, and having a good time doing it. He has a almost recklessly vengeful nature and a short fuse that gave him the nickname Scrap, and garnered him a reputation as a wildcard. However, despite his wild nature and illegal activities, Ben is a rather complex soul with values not all that different to the law enforcement officers he so readily disrespects, often gathering bounties for clients simply because it's the right thing to do. He has a little bit of Robin Hood in him, robbing from the rich and spending it on good times (hey, I said a little bit).

History: Ben's life is a nightmare of hard times, repressed memories, fighting for and stealing food, and a lot of killing. Locked away in his skull are images so dark that they would make established society shit themselves on mass. He comes from the dark dank underworld that inhabits every city on the planet. His parents are the streets, his school is of hard knocks, and his friends are vice and pain. He does his best to cash in on bounties, but his targets are all killers and small time thugs that effect only the poor, resulting in meager returns.

Street wise: Living on the street has taught Ben a lot about the underworld markets as well as street politics

Lockpick: Ben often wants to enter locations where he's not welcome, and more often than not has to bypass a few codes/ security systems to get there.


::Weapons&Armor::
DamoclesCorp, V-67 auto buster (SMG): Commonly called the street hose, this weapons poor reputation is almost completely due to it's widespread use by the criminal underworld. This rugged reliable weapon sports only modest stopping power, but makes up for it with solid accuracy, large charge capacity (5000 shots per charge pack), and a blistering rate of fire (49.2 shots per second. The weapons is also small and light enough to be wielded one handed (at the cost of accuracy) and is fitted with a fore grip and telescopic stock. Marketed to the military, Ben has managed to get ahold of a suppresor and 2 powered scope for the weapon.

RF-3 explosive launcher: This handheld weapon is designed to fire a single explosive warhead. Similar to the M79 in that it fires a single explosive projectile form a carbine sized weapon, the RF-3's explosives use rocket motors to reach their target and come in a variety of types and must be loaded individualy into the breach (one shot per reload).
Ben's RF-3 warheads:
3 Highspeed tracking missiles (light power)
3 antitank warheads (heavy power)
3 standard explosives (medium power)

-1x VisaCorp T22 PDW (handgun): Commonly called the Titan, this high caliber handgun has both a slow rate of fire (1.7 shots a second) and minimal charge capacity (about 10 shots per charge pack). However, it more than makes up for it with high accuracy and a stopping power that would cause a industrial reploid pause.

-1x TekigoArms MB-2 shortsword: TekigoArms is well known for it's LB-1 longsword that has served as the standard issue weapon for many melee reploid models, but it's MB-2 sword is by far it's most mass produced model. Shorter than the LB-1 the MB-2's energy blade is about 16 inches long and can be programmed into a variety of cutting shapes (Ben's is shaped like a oversized bowie knife). This weapon is well suited to the tight spaces a street fighter would commonly find himself in.

-1x VisaCorp SH-7 military knife: Despite the wide spread use of beamsword, VisaCorp shocked the arms community when it came out with the simple, rugged SH-7 heat blade. This knife's composite blade is sharp enough to cut, but it's real power comes from superheating the blade. This low powered alternative to the energy blade is not very effective on blades bigger than 7 inches (the SH-7's length is 6.5 inches), but is more than capable of cutting through all but the best combat armor when activated, and cool to the touch when deactivated.

-1x Set of Level 2 combat skin (modified): Level 2 armor is nothing more than a combat vest with matching gauntlets and greaves. The armor plates are built to take low level blasts of legal civilian weapons. However, Ben has replaced the weaker armor plates of a his armor with their stronger, military grade, counterparts.

Experienced Fighter: Ben has been in enough fights that he's developed an almost sixth sense. He doesn't know how or why, but this gut instinct has saved him countless times.
