Personality: In sharp, almost surreal, contrast to what anyone would expect, Black has managed to maintain a hyperactive and generally optimistic persona. She is almost always ready to fight any kind of pessimistic thoughts any member of the group may be having at any given moment. She is also prone to playing small jokes on her friends and generally acting like a child that's had nothing to eat but candy and ice cream all day long, all in an effort to keep the morale of the group up. Of course anyone who takes the time to truly get to know her will quickly find that this is but a single aspect of Black's rather contradictory personality.
In truth, the young girl is usually far more worried about the outcome of things than almost anyone else in the group, despite her near-constant stream of positive words. This stems from the feelings of helplessness and claustrophobia that were born ever since the experiments on her started. Whereas the older members of the group were at least partially able to fight back or take care of themselves, Black's age prevented her from accomplishing much in either activity. Because of this, she has almost no sense of self-confidence and feels like she's a burden to her friends, only proving useful because of her attempts to keep their spirits up.
Appearance: Black is nothing short of a real-life cat girl in terms of appearance. She has a pair of rather noticeable cat ears protruding from her head in place of human ears and a feline facial structure, as well as a tail. Her hair is (unsurprisingly) black and her eyes a bright and energetic green, though it's worth noting that they are silted. The rest of her body is fairly non-descript, though it is somewhat more slender and athletic-looking (for a six-year-old girl) than average, and she does have a pair of retractable claws as well.
Quirks: Black is, pun completely intended, rather catty. She tends to be a bit too curious for her own good, dislikes getting wet, and tends to be a bit overly-affectionate at times.
Powers:
Telekenetics: For some unknown and as of yet undetermined reason, Black has mutated and gained a degree of telekinetic power. Precisely how or why she was able to gain it is a question the scientists have been trying to answer for most of her life, but without any real degree of success. For now, her abilities are too weak to be of an overtly useful nature. So far, Black has managed to become skilled enough to move and throw small to medium-sized objects, though the latter requires so much concentration that she must stand in place. Its also possible for her to simple "fire" a concentrated blast of power at an opponent or an object, though the resulting attack will only be as powerful as a punch from a full-grown man who exercises a fair amount.
Cat Powers: Black posses all the speed and agility of a cat, as well as a fair amount of extra strength(though not nearly enough to effortlessly beat a full-grown man into submission), and enhanced senses. As one of the younger experiments, her physical abilities aren’t quite as fully developed as some of the others, but she can still maul someone pretty badly with her claws and her small size makes it much easier for her to dodged and evade trouble.
Stealth Expert: Thanks to her cat DNA, Black is nothing short of a natural at the art of stealth. She can approach almost any target without making the slightest sound and has demonstrated an incredible amount of flexibility and acrobatic prowess to get around any kind of traps or obstacles.
Brief History: For the most part, Black’s experiments were less demanding on her physically. While she was forced to develop her agility and overall acrobatic talents, she didn’t have to worry about being put in a cage and forced to defend herself against a rapid dog or worse. Generally it only took a few shocks to get her to try her very best at whatever it was the scientists wanted her to do, especially when it came to her telekinetic abilities.
