Amen, they collect psychers, kill mutents, persecute any deviants to death and are generally nasty as hell. they hate everybody.

The vermin crawled about his feet like idolaters at worship, and I swear that the wind drew breath in a frightened gasp at his passing. NOOOO ONE EXPECTS THE SPANISH INQUISITION!

Our chief weapon is surprise! Surprise and fear! Fear and Surprise! Our TWO, two main weapons are fear, surprise and ruthless efficiency! Our THREE weapons are Fear, Surprise, Ruthless efficiency, and an almost Fan-natical devotion to the pope. Our Four...Bugger I'll come in again.

What are Inquisitors? They are,

The Holy Orders of the Emperor's Inquisition or the Inquisition as it is better known, is the most powerful organization in the Imperium. The authority of its agents, Inquisitors, is second only to the Emperor himself. Their duty is to scour the Imperium for threats of all kinds. To accomplish this task they access to the full resources of the Imperium, from starships to guard regiments.

There are three Ordos within the Inquisition, each of which specialise in fighting a different threat. The Ordos Hereticus are the which hunters of the Imperium, their task is to hunt down any citizen of the Imperium who would challenge the Emperor's divine will. The Ordos Malleus are the daemon hunters, their task is to seek out and destroy the daemon and any who may consort with Daemons. Finally the Ordos Xenos are tasked with defending the Imperium from the countless alien races spread across the galaxy, from alien invasions to Pro-Alien cults.

The Inquisitors are legends throughout the Imperium, a fusion of saints and horrors. To an Inqusitor, the end justifies the means, for no other can truly comprehend the threats the Imperium faces. Inquisitors are ruthless in the extreme and will use any means necessary to combat the threats they face.

As for who's with who? Every race is on its own, the Orks literally don't have a word for peace, contact with aliens is a crime in the Imperium, Chaos want everything to die, Necrons have no will of their own and the C'tan hate all life, Tyranids want to eat everything, Eldar think they are better than everyone else, Dark Eldar want the Chaos gods to leave them alone so they kill others, tau would be willing to work with others but no one wants to work with them. Squats are gone from 40k, their race was dropped from the armies list, the official explanantion for their disappearance is they were eaten by the Tyranids.

All humans will be, as speaking to aliens is a crime in the Imperium.

You've got an unfortunate point there. Oh well. I just meant that the Inquisitors would be worse than normal soldiers, who will be generally easy.

*raises hand* For the record? My rouge former masters, the Steel Lords were very practical. Machine like logic was our hallmark. They held nothing sacred, not the Emporer, and not the Chaos Gods. Not even the machines they used. And the practicality also makes me willing to deal with the Tau, amoungst others. Never Orks, Chaos tropers, or Tyranid, otherwise whatever comes to hand. And of coures he is suitably pompus with all lesser races.

They aren't what I call "Normal", Verec. I know that some factions of the Imperium will be pricks to kill, but others will be fairly easy.

Ok I'm Being a Veteran Tau FireWarrior sent to help Kaloch during his "Trial By Fire", because there is a "scent" of Chaos in the Region where Kaloch is Sent.

Name: Sayack (Pronounced Psi-ack)
Race: Tau
Caste: Fire
Age: 40
Gender: Male

Bio:
Sent by the "Generals" of the Fire Caste to help Kaloch (because they think he has a lot of potential and don't want him killed in the War), His primary Objective is to fight side-by-side with Kaloch... Sayack obsessively keeps his Weapons and Armour in "top nick"

Equipment:
--Tau Pulse Rifle
--Tau Pulse Carbine
--Intelligent Armour
--Some Plasma grenades... or whatever you wanna call them
I reckon the best way to go out, is to go out with both guns blazing.

My name is Josh... but everyone calls me dickhead for some reason... :(

just for the record if anyone wants to be one

The Gue’vesa, which means "Human helpers" in the Tau tongue, are Human warriors who have adopted the cause of the Greater Good as their own. These Humans, often the descendents of troops captured or abandoned during the abortive Damocles Crusade, now live and fight alongside the Tau. For them, fate has taken away the Imperial Creed and the rule of the Adeptus Terra and replaced them with loyalty to the collectivist Tau empire and to the ruling Ethereal caste.

A 40 year old tau would be the equivalent of a 60-70 year old human. Tau don't live nearly as long as humans, a 20 year old tau would be equivalent of a 40-50 year old human.

So when we gonna start this thing?
And God looked down upon the mortals and said: "...wtf are you noobs doing on my lawn?"

That's the problem with worshipping the god of schemes. You never quite know whether or not you're being divinely blessed, screwed over royally, or both at the same time.

Come on, I wanna do the ork battlecry. We can't get this underway without it. Besides the Imquisition's battlecry isn't any fun.

WHAAG!

I think that's how it's spelled.
