would anyone be interested in a bleach RP? you know, with shinigamis/death gods/soul reapers/whatever you want to call them, fighting hollows via zanpakutohs/soul slayers and just generally kicking ass, with some plot twists?

due to having only seen the anime I can't guarantee it'd be fully canon, but it would be great fun.

in all honesty, I haven't thought it all out yet. my basic plan was to pick a decent starting point, say shit's starting to hit fan as an explanation for so many soul reapers at once, and leave everyone with pretty equal control as to how the plot goes from there. people could play as either a full-time soul reaper, or a human who somehow gained soul reaper powers. generic hollows would be spawned for killing, as well as more powerful hollows that are the spirits of friends/loved ones/etc. of any possible humans-turned-hollow. there may also be a quincy or two, if anyone can work that into their character.

death god and soul reaper are one and the same.

one could also play as a quincy, warriors who use bows and arrows made of the spirit energy they have that form on their wrist and were pretty much wiped out 200 years ago(except for one, and his apprentice.), assuming they could work it into the plot. however, if you do this don't be surprised if some shinigamis don't like your method of doing things, as a zanpakutoh cleanses a hollowed soul and sends it back to the soul society(generic afterlife.), but a quincy's bow destroys the hollow completely. if one were to take an hourglass and fill it so there was a near-perfect balance of one colored sand in one end and another color in the other, quincies are essentially forming a crack and letting sand pour out. eventually, this would destroy the world.

you could also figure out some other method of being a viable fighter, or play as a particularly powerful hollow or just control most of the hollows for combat.

they're capable of interacting with the environment. they also know some destructive spells that allow them to combat hollows without having to get in close and use their zanpakutoh, although these spells have to be learned manually and a brand new shinigami won't know any. also, they can and are supposed to send normal souls to the soul society.

basically, anything a human can do, but with badass big jumping height, a badass sword, and you can't be seen by most people.
