I'll submit another character, a better one than last time. Must find it first.

Added after 4 minutes:

Name: Justin Havik
Alchemy Name: Roin Achemist.
Age: 26
Gender: male
Class: Participant
Alchemy: Uses Transmutation Circles to change the shape, size, and sharpness on his katana, also has a Transmutation Circle on his dirk that alows him to manipulate clay inside the earth, abut that works only when he drives the dirk into the ground.
Decription: long brown hair that he ties into a ponytail and green eyes. Wears a white sleaveless shirt and red pants. a brown belt that holds his sword and dirk.
Bio: Lived in Central most of his life, and studied Kenjutsu and Iaido. He practiced Alchemy to help him in battle so he could change his weapon's shape and surprise his enemy. He was execpted to the State Alchemists when he was 19. He still tries to perfect his Alchemy and swordplay to this day.
