So this does confirm that HIM and Aku are friends (more or less). They do seem to think alike but method wise, is probably different. The Aku design does look awesome.

Yeah, I gonna say that's the most likely scenario. I'm also expecting/hoping the conversation between Him and Aku will shed some light on a few things. Like how/why did Blossom have a child with both of them?

Well, Mimi and Chi have had play dates before. Wouldn't be far off to say Chi had food, like Aku Fried Chicken, and Mimi just bit straight through it. There could be other ways of finding out, just gave this one as an example because that's what I first thought.

I hope that if Aku and Him have a private conversation that Chi wishes to eavesdrop on, that she'll do so by showing us some transforming powers. Fly on the wall?

thats definitely one of the most unusual and rare thing to happen. I mean there's a lot of characters in fiction already that can stretch their necks, but having the spine be the one that stretches? pretty original I say.

Something just accrued to me today. Does Chi even know she's related to Mimi? I've seen nothing that indicates this.
It's possible Aku never told Chi about her mother. It's also possible Him never told Chi that Mimi is her half-sister.

I don't even know if that is a reality anymore. For me, the entire relationship of Blossom with these two girls would have involved these two to hold something against each other, but I'm not seeing that. I'm trying to compute how Blossom would have been with these two. I have written off "rape" or any sort of non-consent sex here since evidence points out willing involvement. then there are a few other factors that make me raise my eye brows at this, such as why Aku got to keep Chi, but Him couldn't keep Mimi.
