Bad Boys was pretty good, but when you do something with a story from back in the day of your childhood by fabricating it, it gets real bad. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014), imo, had the personalities of the characters, but the way this story went was stupid. Even is Michael Bay didn't direct this, it still smelled of Michael Bay. I respect him, but I hate it when he fabricates origins and ruins childhoods worldwide. Will Arnett was perfect for the role as Vernon. He was meant for that part, don't see why Whoopi Goldberg being in it and being April's boss
, who the hell is Taylor
, what's up with Shredder being a wannabe Wolverine, Magneto, and Silver Samurai? The Foot used guns
... Couple parts play homage to the old days in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but the film seemed rushed. April seemed responsible.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is about Turtles who are Mutant Teenagers and they are Ninjas. Mind blowing. Isn't it?
That's about it. To me, the film isn't worth it... much
Just by far better than the latest Transformers film. Go see the film if you want your own opinion / critique of the film. I bought two tickets and was going to get two masks. I asked for Raph and Leo. The lady behind the booth did not know who they were. I was like, "Seriously?" In my mind. So, I asked for red and blue.
I could honestly think of a better actress for the role of April O'Neil.
