Welcome to the Bleedthread, the Official Forum Lounge of the Bleedman Section.

This is a place intended to replace the old Forum Lounge, the more noticeable feature is getting rid of the "No talking about Bleedman Rule". This is a place where we want you and everyone visiting to feel welcome and at home. A place where the members of the community here can gather together and talk about similar interests, current events, ask questions, and if they choose to, discuss things about Bleedman or the comics that are not covered by the other threads.

You have some freedom here, but the rules still apply. Don't spam out of control or wildly post. Treat this like the other talk threads of the site.

2. Do not spam! This includes double posting, gibberish, posts that have no meaning or do not follow the idea/ topic, and straight up stupidity. (i.e.: I like rainbow monkeys that shit gold and rainbows!) this will NOT be welcome.

3. RP is set to a minimum. This is NOT the RP section.

4. No porn, duh.

5. Be friendly. Respect the mods and the veterans of the site.

6. (UPDATED) In consideration of some things, it is preferred that you refrain from going off to much on things like predictions and stuff since we have a thread for that already which would be better suited for that.

To kind start this off, it needs a topic. So I want to present one to get the conversation going.

Yeah... I didn't really care one way or the other what happened to the old thread. But now we have this shiny new thread.

Now... what's the first order of business? Something to talk about in the Bleed Section that doesn't necessarily have to do with any of the comics... as we can talk about them in their respective threads... so... Something else... I'm not sure what.

It's kinda odd that the old "Official Forum Lounge" landed in the topics section. By the way Blood, you misspelled official.

Here's hoping it will be much... much better.

I got an idea, how about the differences of Bleedman's art and their original series. Especially considering that some of the characters have been redesigned.

Hey whats up funny thing about me coming here was that i never even heard of this site until i went on Newgrounds and played PPGD: Battle in Megaville ever since then i started reading the comics and became immersed in both PPGD's and GT's storys.

To reply to everyone who asked why the block and re-make, refer to blood's first post.
The old thread was made in a time where people were actually spamming the thread and thus was filled with restrictions on what to post and what not to post, but since the forum is empty at the moment there really was no need for having that thread there, taking space and havong no people talking in it.

So yes, this thread is a fresh start with not so restrictive ruling other than what should be common sense, hoping that people have once mor a place to talk about their day, or that series they like, etc.

Y'know, I wonder why nobody has made a Grim Tales game yet? Unless there's one already out there, and I just haven't found it yet.

Because making a game is anything but easy i assume.

well i think the reason nobody made a Grim Tales game is because they added Grim Jr and Minnie in the PPGD game but im not sure because you have to beat the game on the highest difficulty to unlock hidden character and i have tried but its such a pain in the neck when the computer always uses the same move over and over and auto blocking all your attacks

Grim jr and minimandy only appear as cameos in one of the battlegrounds, they are not playable, sadly, though Dan123 (the artist who made the sprites) did make complete movesets for Grim jr..

What do I like most? Man... I spent so much time in a Jaded prison I forgot how to like.

But if I were to dig deep enough and find something buried underneath the mediocrity, I would have to say that I really like the way he does Eyes. You can just tell he puts like an entire third of the comic creation time into the eyes.

On the exact opposite end, I hate it when he goes with those solid black ditto eyes he loves so much. I think it's to convey a kind of playfulness or something, but I just see it as a page quickener.

But my absolute most favorite part of His work in its entirety has to be the Mandark Arch of PPGD and how not black and white the blame shifts between Deedee's killer, how Mandark actually kind of has a point. It's a kind of moral fogginess mixed with the somber ending that made it incredibly memorable for me. On that note, who was the writer of the story at that time?
