@CinCire: Blossom was always the smart one in the group. It is a possibility that it is Dexter's glasses, but she also likes sciences herself.

I'm quite upset really. I don't want to cause an uproar or anything (I wouldn't mind that though), but I really hoped that the mystery mother could have been someone more... suited for the part. I am really upset.

How exactly is Blossom not well suited? The PPG were one of the most famous superheroes ever. They've been fighting evil since they were five! I'm sorry, but I just honestly don't understand where you're coming from.

saying she's not suited is really irrelevant, but on that note blossom is probably the most suited because of the many questions and future answers it leaves for us to find out, and the dark secrets and suspense that come with them.

If anything the glasses might serve as a memento which could mean that by this period dexter is already dead. Also i agree on the fact that blossom does in fact love science, and come on guys her dad is a professor.

Seeing Blossom as Mimi's mother, does that qualifies Blossom has being the traitor then. So far she doesn't appear to be one. In fact she appears to still be a major super hero.

If we don't see Bubbles or Buttercup in the next few pages I guess we could call them dead. They been a powerful team since kids, why split now.

I don't think the traitor is necessarily the mother.

I believe it was explained they split up in Older and Wiser.

Well at least we know who the mom is and as disturbing as it is Blossom is still an awesome choice for a mom. I don't want to know how Mimi was created though.

Ugh now we have to wait for the epic battle that is to come! Unless of course Blossom has a few words to say to Him about trying to take her daughter and destroying the town of course..

I do have to agree on that point. In the Older and Wiser page the PPG do seems to diverge to pursue their life goals. Blossom for science, Buttercup for being a better Warrior, and Bubbles for the show business.

I do hope Buttercup and Bubbles are at least mention, but I think Bubbles might be dead do to seeing her torn stuffed animal on the ground.

Da da da, and the mother is Blossom. Alright. And the last page for this year, page 180. Nice. Now we can look forward to how the rest of this pans out in the new year.
