Its hard to guess what will happen next based upon the recent pages because of one simple fact:

There is not enough information. While it would be nice to see a little Dex X Blossom due to the whole "Bubbles looks like DeeDee" thing I don't think anything major will come of it.

Also Olga(as it has been said) is a wildcard right now. I can't think of a better analogy to describe her. It all goes down as one thing

Personally, I'd like to see Dexter lose his grip on his sanity and have to fight the powerpuff girls, but that is fairly unlikely. Though just because you have a friend doesn't mean that the pain will be any lighter, ans sometimes it can result in becoming further removed from society.

I don't really think that Olga would join either side. She seems to be the kind of person who likes to go solo, handling her own problems. Though if she had to side with someone, it's hard to say who she'd join at the moment. There's just not enough information.

Insanity is such a mundane cliche.

True, but at least it's not as overused as amnesia, which is rarely used in a decent manner, in my opinion, and since there was already an insane character and a fight with said character, using insanity again would just ruin the story. While I'd like to see something like that, I think it's better if something more original were to occur, though I can't think of anything at this moment.

But like watching people fall down stairs, I find insanity still somehow entertaining to watch, if presented in the right way.

I think currently an example for decent manner of using insanity would have been Soul Eater. Either way, not as much as insanity driven plots, but the ongoing moral decay is what is fun to watch. To see a character made of pure good, fall down the path of hatred and greed, and end up being a villain.

That is fun to watch. I thought of another thing like that but I just can't remember what it's called. Watching a hero make the gradual transition from good to evil is always entertaining, though I haven't seen very much of it lately. The only example that kind of fits would be Darth Vader, though that's not really due to insanity.

PPGD and Grim Tales are exactly the fucking same just because they're both fancomics.
Sugar Tits is superior just because it's an original story.

Now, when you narrow it down to PPGD and Grim Tales, people seem to like PPGD the most because it's characters are actually likeable. the only likeable character on Grim Tales is Mimi.
