Blood Lord:

Welcome, this is not the Invader Zime: Manifest Doom thread.

Snafu-Comic's uses a automatic thread generator to create new threads for members and each new comic page, but something has gone terribly, terribly wrong with the system and it is resurrecting dead threads.

We ask that you please do not post in these dead threads, but report the Snafu Bot or Bleedman's post to allow a moderator to know of the misdirection so we can split the posts and create the thread where it is suppose to be.

Now then, the thread you are looking for is here: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=56540

I think it is funny how deep they are draggin the barrel. The whole idea of a Superdog was silly to begin with.
"I saw it, there, in the sewers...for just a second. All hunched over, skin pale white beneath those rags...so many rags. The vermin crawled about his feet like idolaters at worship, and I swear that the wind drew breath in a frightened gasp at his passing. He wore cold like a cloak and I swear that behind that smiling golden mask he was laughing at me as his curved blade rose and fell, cutting through my men. It left wounds filled with crystals of salt...the screams...the screams...and the pants....Gods! The Pants!!!"
-Captain Urtin, who salted and ate his former soldiers.

Well, you see, DC Comics does not make these cartoons. Animators and CN people who aquire certain licences to use as they wish and want to f*ck it over make these cartoons. Honestly though... Bathound? Did Batman EVER have a dog in the comics? Bruce has Ace in Batman Beyond because hes old, a little lonely, and Ace kicks ass. I remember a couple of episodes where Ace helped out Terry/new Batman a little (one episode having to do with dogs...). But a dog dressed up as Batman and flying around a jet-platform-thingie...no, just no....

I don`t like the idea. Seing another Batman incarnation is mostly cool, like in Gotham Knights or in Batman Beyond, but if there is going to be a bathound i would commit suicide. Also the story doen`ts really catch my intrest since i`m not a big fan of Krypto. I really would prefer if all the DC cartoons where made only by Bruce Timm making it by an other creator is just to dangerous, sure Teen Titans Go! and The Batman are good but they are still nothing compared to Batman TAS, Superman TAS, JL and JLU. And if they are starting to make a series where Krypto is the main character... no, simply no.

To answer some pprevious questions; yes, Ace the bathound is a real character. Back in the late golden age and early silver age (50's and 60's), Batman had Ace from Earth-whatever (this was pre-Crisis on Infinite Earths) But if you think that's bad, Superman had it worse. Not only did he have Krypto and Streaky the Super-cat, there was also Beppo the Super-Monkey and...Comet the Super-horse. Sorry, I couldn't make this up if I wanted to.

All Krypto could do was fly and be annoying. I saw the old 50's shows, and he didn't really do anything useful.

For me the golden age of Batman where the 80`s so many great Comic`s where written during that time Batman truthfully became the Dark Knight. I simply hate the 50`s and 60`s Batman Comic`s with all the Campy Crusader and Boy Wonder stupidity.

I'm not sure if you seriously know or not, so I'm just gonna clarify;
comics are split into 4 definite eras

Golden Age-30's to 50's
Silver Age-60's and 70's
Bronze Age-late 70's and 80's
Modern Age-90's to now

Now some people argue on the Bronze age, but that's basically how it breaks down. As for people's preferences, hey, free country, your choice. I say while they were silly, comic geeks must at least hold respect for the campiness of that era.

Okay i seriusly didn`t know that, so thanks for clarifying. But i personally didn`t like the campiness of that era`s Batman. The Metamorphosis he went through from the Campy Crusader to the Dark Knight was in my opinion the thing that made Batman modern and incredibly popular throughout the world.

I can't remember Harlequin's hyenas names, but Selina Kyle's cat was named Isis.

The hyeanas had no names or at least they weren`t mentioned. Harley just called them babies.

I`ve just read through the episode guide on CN.com and infact there are episodes featuring Isis and Penguins penguin. Also in the guide they call Ace`s master the Caped Crusader and not the Dark Knight which shows that they most likely will refer to the 50`s and 60`s DC Comics making it a kiddies show.
