I beleive that's the virus that took out PlanetMegaman's forum.... And other forums.

Dammit.
It looks like their worries are far from over....the virus just took out their Mega Man X7 section. As if the poor guy running the site needed any MORE worries....

Man... I havent been here in forever... On this virus thing... wtf? I just don't see how people can sit at home and giggle because another great site was just defaced.
What would we really do if Snafu got hit?

Although I've always had a fascination with computers, viruses, and hackers, I would truly hate to see my beloved forums and sites killed off.

A few months ago the Synj.Net and Synj Forum was attacked by an infamous Cracker named "PoLo". He used the two sites for illegal activities and we had to close for a few days. Luckily, we had the entire sites saved.

I would suggest somehow saving all of the forum and site so that they can be re-uploaded if the worm ever hits.

He told me that he never had a boner go down that fast before. XD

The worm uses Google to search for random sites that are vulnerable. Since Google has patched that exploit, the worm should be stopped and dead by now.

Yeah. SARC (Norton Security Response) put the worm at Threat Level 2, which doesn't happen that often with viruses (although like many warning systems, there's always the far end - Level 5).
