Yes it is I the guy with way too much spare time! And I'm here to bring you this special event! This here is a genuine bonfied *un*official PPG Photoshop contest! What your job is, is that you take any character out of the PPG Comic and Photshop it to whatever. I mean stuff like take Blossom and put her in a rolling landscape. And you don't even need Photoshop! Use MSPaint if you want I don't really care. I just wanna see what you people can come up with. *By the way I made this to pass some time*

That's pretty good for MS Paint. You should try out the "Gimp" it's a free graphics program. http://www.gimp.org/windows/
