I think the RP threads should all be in one seperate forum. *nod nod* With the PPG and Omegaville RPs as stickies. ^^

Though I am not involved directly with the RPG forums as of yet, I will have to agree with Nikki on a separate forum policy.
A train leaves the station, going south, at 2:00 pm at a constant speed of 80 km/h. Another train, going north, reaches that same station at 3:00 pm at a constant speed of 60 km/h. When will the trains be closest to each other? <-- Why are people scared of this? Perhaps it's because it requires Calculus!
d(x) = sqrt((60 - 60x)^2 + (80x)^2)
So:
d'(x) = (1/2)(10000x^2-7200x+3600)^(-1/2)(20000x -7200)
To determine the possible critical points - let d'(x)=0 --> The trains will be closest together at 2:21.40 pm.

Yes, that would be very good. That way, when a RP thread hasn't been posted for awhile, for whatever reason, it doesn't get put on the second page by the next day.

I think A Seperate Forum for the RPs would be a great idea.

Especially since we could use regular threads on there as a character posting section.

Y'know, instead of having to search through pages and pages and pages of the RP just to find out someones character and abilities.

Oh Goody! It's spring cleaning time!... wait, in Winter? o.O

Yer It would be less crowded if you stuck RP threads in a seperate forum.

You are Mad Yalborap2, the Forumizer-a-tron 9000 is obsolete.

With the new Super-Economical Foruminator 8350 out, those old methods of forumization are old news!

BAH! That's like saying windows ME beat windows 98 when it was new.

Besides, linux is better.

Wait, what were we talking about again?

I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about, I was talking about weird and amusing parodies of Forum creators. you seem to have dropped off onto some tangent about computer operating systems.

I have Linux, I like LinSpire. Especially with it's CNR program.

SuSe is pretty good too. not quite as good as LinSpire though.

Interesting. I think it's because I used the comparison of windows 98 and windows ME in an attempt to say newer doesn't always mean better.

The ting is that even thoug there are several rp's there are ot enough to justify this shift. I think we should wait until there are 5-10 active RPs before we split off.
"I saw it, there, in the sewers...for just a second. All hunched over, skin pale white beneath those rags...so many rags. The vermin crawled about his feet like idolaters at worship, and I swear that the wind drew breath in a frightened gasp at his passing. He wore cold like a cloak and I swear that behind that smiling golden mask he was laughing at me as his curved blade rose and fell, cutting through my men. It left wounds filled with crystals of salt...the screams...the screams...and the pants....Gods! The Pants!!!"

I would certainly start one if we had a dedicated forum for it. And I'm sure others would too.

I say yes to the separate page for character descriptions idea!! And a seperate forum would be nice but Dave could just make them all stickies...
I don't really care about the latter but the first one I seriously think needs to be implemented.

Yeah, I agree. Stick them in a dark corner somewhere so we all can fester there.

OK RPG forum it is. the PPG Forum was starting to get a big cluttered with them anyways.

Added after 4 minutes:

OK I made a new Role Playing forum. Ummm tell me if there are any RPG threads I missed that need to be moved. And hopefully that helps.

oh no problem guys normally I'm a big fan of one big forum but there was starting to be an obvious need for RPGers to have their own place.
