Dexter doesn't live in a city. He's just 'there' when it comes to location. He lives in "The suburbs". Since every location, area, and being are not really 'solid' in cartoon network shows it was probably just a spoof by the animators. If you've seen dexter's school in the show then you'd notice that not only is it a lot bigger, but Dexter is probably in a much higher grade than the PPG. Notice everyone is behind desks and in PPG they're in little round tables. + Dex doesn't go to Pokey Oaks anyway.

That is so not the point we are making Dakota.
