Re: The Sum Of Her Fears

That's pretty much what I said earlier about Blossom "figuratively" having blood on her hands. So again just like with Dexter blaming himself for Mandark, Blossom is going to start blaming herself for Sam and most of the world.

Know what now that I'm thinking about it. That whole slow expanding explosion is thing that will encompass the world thing, is just like that Invader Zim episode. Only difference is one is a Time Explosion the other (Zim) was a regular explosion.

So the bomb finally goes off, after two long years we can finally see what really happens.

What Tenshi said about Jacks sword is right, she could of easily blocked Jacks sword, preventing Samantha's death and preventing the bomb from going off. There may be some kind of twist hidden within all of this, but i'm not sure what it could be...

I guess this page confirms who was the mistake. Then Grim will give them a second chance?

Is it possible that Otto goes back into the past and tell Blossom or the thing that Grim agreed to with Naga and Dee Dee prevents him to reap anybody so everybody lives.

Re: The Sum Of Her Fears

Thu Apr 24, 2014 1:54 pm

If Grim did not reap anybody and they got badly hurt, I believe that person would just become a zombie. Imagine if for whatever reason your head exploded and you were still alive?

Also what would Grim get out of this deal exactly if it was as you say?

who is that half-robot girl is she from something or is she unique?

Re: The Sum Of Her Fears

Huh... For some reason I thought the chapter had already ended. I guess it was because of the placement of the recap pages.

Does anyone know what Bleed was referring to when he was talking about a "nut getting crucified" and was referring to it as a "freak show" ? Do people actually do that kind of thing? Surely there are laws against doing something like that?

You mean Samantha? She's from Medabots. And before you ask, no, she was not a cyborg in there.

Also, please bother to use proper grammar in here. It's a forum, not an IM chat, so you don't have to feel like you're in a rush to type.

I also forgot to add earlier, but I wonder what role Vexas and the Cluster will play as well? We saw she had an alliance with Dr. X, and the elite cluster (Batus, Nool, etc.) was sent from her obviously. I always had the feeling she was going to make her move sometime during or after the bomb's effects, but we'll see in probably two or three pages from now what the bomb does.

Christ was crucified and I'm supposing that they had some sort of play/production on the Crucifixion and Resurrection since that's what Easter is celebrated for.

Bleed either doesn't care for it, or its weird.

The way he said it makes me think that someone actually re-enacted the Crucifixion. Calling a play a freak show is a little harsh and also he said something about an ambulance.

Re: The Sum Of Her Fears

I am getting more curious to what the bomb's effect is. But we'll probably see that next page, or probably more likely, in page after that, the first one of chapter 12.

Atm I don't really want to see any new Sugar Bits, because the other two keep getting more interesting (yes GT too, I dun care what anyone says :3 )

We're talking about a guy that draws Lolicon, and couldn't give a shit if he had one fan or thousands.

Really? I lost interest in that bomb over a year ago.

He's just stressing the use of using the shift button on your keyboard, and using punctuation.

Actually, there are Christian fanatics in the Philippines who go through and literally crucify themselves.
It's a little disturbing, yeah.;

Okay, I'm a Christian myself, and I find that downright horrifying.

I was a tad dumbstruck when I read that. I thought "surely he didn't mean literally", but I guess there are crazier things in this world. Okay, back to the comic.

I'm still not feeling it. I can see her blaming herself for failing to stop the bomb, but the thing with Samantha is just "meh".

I don't know. I'm having a really hard time painting a clear picture with this whole thing surrounding Jack's sword. There are just too many variables.

I really hope the comic doesn't end here, I've been reading it for years and would hate for it to end up like this. :c Also, in the panel where Bell is holding Gir, is it Gir that said "It's been fun Blossom, see you next bomb." Or was it Bell?

Re: The Sum Of Her Fears

Thu Apr 24, 2014 9:03 pm

It was Bell.

The comic won't be ending.

Re: The Sum Of Her Fears

so the bomb affects linear time... kinda figured that. This raises two questions that are on my mind; in which way does the bomb affect it and how does this pertain to what Dr. X's plan is?

Actually, it was Gir. Speech bubble's pointing at his head.

Bell speaks in the last panel, and then Gir finishes for her.

Everyone wins.
