Dang, Jeffffey. You were right.
In that case, then yeah. It makes sense why she is going crazy, and a bit more of why her soul would be called into question like this.
But does it take two divine reps and death to do it?
Sat Oct 19, 2013 12:43 am
I guess so, DeeDee as the sweet talker just to help seal the deal w/ Grim's assistance.
Naga w/ a warrant for Soul Interrogation... with the gods being involved and what not...
And Grim to provide a skilled service to make the whole thing come together...
w/ Grim already looking for the "war in the soul", there has to/ should be something there that is resisting her current state and maybe willing to provide the "secrets" Naga has been sent to learn from her.
Nonetheless, she dead... probably..

Is it possible that Sam, will die before she can reactivate the bomb( I am guessing this is her intention). It was mentioned that her cluster half is putting extra stress on the human half and considering she has some internals organs left, could she just (ironically) die of a heart attack?
And maybe, try to kill everyone before she dies?

Huh, I guess I was the only one looking at it from a larger perspective.
I was thinking more along the lines that this is the point of divergence between the PPG and Grim comic,
with the bomb detonation (or did it already detonate?) and the god's intervention being the catalyst of said divergence.

Its not the point. BeeAre, the writer of PpGD, has told us that the divergence point for the two already happened and that it has something to do with Jack's backstory.
The bomb, as we know it, has detonated.

Woopsie, my bad.
Still, all this seems a bit much for one soul.
Sat Oct 19, 2013 11:09 am
Yeah, I know right? That's why I'm not convinced that they are there specifically for Sam.
Well, not the only reason, but one of them.

Cool, I had that exact same idea when I first joined the forums.
the bomb was supposed to cause some kind of dimension split...

Actually Blord, I think um...thefluffyone's theory holds water. I've been pitching that same theory since last the previous page. I remember BR said "all things are connected". On top of that, time travel is a tricky mistress. I think this bomb has something to do with Jack's story somehow.
If this bomb sets Jack on the path to saving the future of mankind, then that seems like a good reason for the Gods to get involved.
However I'm just not sure what the game plan would be here.

i have a idea its kind of a long shot but what if the mistake is that one of the puffs spare sams life and when that happens sam makes the bomb go off see grim never would be there because they spared sams life but deedee and naga want grim there to be there so that he can fix that mistake and reep sam
Mon Oct 21, 2013 10:53 am
I like this theory.
The bomb goes off either way though.
Mon Oct 21, 2013 10:57 am
well yah i get that but i was just kinda throwin that out there as how should i say a rough draft of a theory well lets just say something bad happens if they spare sam maybe she kills one of them or something who knows
Mon Oct 21, 2013 12:30 pm
but i still think the mistake is that one of the puffs spare sams life

You need to use punctuation a little more, Bro. It makes your posts a lot easier to comprehend.
I think that's a good possibility. There's this theory that Samantha will reactivate the bomb by using her own body to complete the circuit between the bomb, and the power supply (the one that Blossom disconnected), and the high amount of electricity will kill her in the process.
I feel like we're about to see something definitive next page. Really, what I'm hoping for, is that one of the Puffs will use the sword on Sam thinking she's just a mere robot, kill her, and severely regret it.
On top of reaping Sam's soul, it also sounds like Grim is going to "purify" it as well.

Who's in danger at this point?

Everyone! But from who? Bell. It's Bell. Bell, Bell, Bell.
I mean, she was the one who took the bomb to where it had to go in the first place.
She doesn't even realize she's a danger to herself! >8D
I'm going a bit longitudinal with that last statement. :0)
Tue Oct 22, 2013 11:06 pm
That's true. Everyone Is mostly focusing on Sam they're forgetting about Bell. I think Blossom will outmaneuver Sam and rescue Buttercup.
Wed Oct 23, 2013 2:27 am
I feel like Sam will try to kill Buttercup with that sword, only to find out it's useless. It was stated in the new GT that Jack's sword can't be used by evil, although GT and PpGD aren't directly related, the concept will more than likely carry over to this comic.
Your statement makes me wonder if Bell will reconnect the bomb, while everyone's focused on Samantha.

Maybe not. Different writers, different interpretations.
Now I'm not saying that you are wrong, just that other possibilities exist.
Wed Oct 23, 2013 3:22 pm
bell might be knocked out for a while while girly focuses more on buttercup. I think blossom will find a way to stop sam, maybe even take her out (eliminate).
Wed Oct 23, 2013 3:53 pm
evil can use the sword, it just cannot hurt anyone pure of heart or good.
Evil could only use it to slice through other evil or inanimate objects.

What gave you that idea?
