BeeAre: I wrote with Dondi. There can be no higher honor.
Nek: I find myself coming up short on words to say when i heard of DMajor's passing. So instead i'll just say this, Thank You Boss DMajor for everything you've done for the Snafu Team, Sugar Bits and for the Art community.

For a writer that was truly brilliant, I'm afraid all I can say is, "You will be missed." An exceptional memorial page, BR.

Big thanks for an amazing Journey to DMajor. My condolences to his friends and family. I think it's great he is immortalised in this page, thanks to Bleedman. It was a hell of a ride.

I don't know if the part about the sister was braves story or dondi but either way at least he's with god now. I watched someone very dear to me from the start and to the end of their fight with cancer so I can preaty much grasp a little of what he went through so its shows how dedicated he was to his work. Rest in peace dondi as long as this generation lives we wont forget your hard work or your struggle.

This was a very beautiful upload please allow me to pray for him
God our Father,
Your power brings us to birth,
Your providence guides our lives,
and by Your command we return to dust.
Lord, let those who die still live in Your presence,
their lives change but do not end.
I pray in hope for my family,
relatives and friends,
and for all the dead known to You alone.
In company with Christ,
Who died and now lives,
may they rejoice in Your kingdom,
where all our tears are wiped away.
Unite us together again in one family,
to sing Your praise forever and ever.

Read only the comic, didn't know much about the deceased. But it sounds like he contributed much to this project. He must have had some serious talent.
It also seems like he was a major part of this. Do you think letting this die would make him happy? Continuing this work seems, in my opinion, like more of an ode to him than a single page. And once the works are published, a many-page explanation of him and his deeds would make him more well-known.

Dondi wrote Sugar Bits up 'til this point. So yeah, I'd call that a major part. As for your question, I'll let BeeAre answer that.
Thu Jul 18, 2013 6:32 am
I will finish it.
It is the least...? or most...? that I can do for my friend.
He died never seeing the end of the story. I think it criminal.
So I will, to the best of my ability, conclude Sugar Bits, with the potential for it to continue, years from now, rebooted or continued with a new set of continuities in the same progression.
That is: I am ending it, and ending it for good... for now.
I have to do this for Dondi. I have to do it.
Please tell me you understand. :(

When is the next page coming? I love Sugar Bits
Fri Sep 06, 2013 4:02 pm
I doubt there we be a new page or any continuation of this comic. This is it for SugarBits at least for now.
Fri Sep 06, 2013 4:30 pm
That's a long time...
But I understand. Hopefully, by that time, interactive-flash webcomic-ing will be the norm. To continue it in that form would be...something else. Just a suggestion.

Since the passing of DMajor, the comic itself has been put on a indefinite hiatus; there is no knowing when the comic will update again. Before this happened, there were plans to reboot the series but I am unaware with any continuations for a while.
I think we will see it come back at some point in time, I just don't know when.

This is so sad. I know I'm late in posting but I'm getting all teary eyed.

Rest in peace. I feel bad, this comic was never finished and it was so amazing. I love the story and the artwork. I hope snafu will find a way to continue this amazing comic.
